She considered lying.
“Yeah, I think I do,” she said, instead. She stood up, handing his watch to him. “Here.” She dropped it into his hand. “I think I should go now.” She found her shoes, slipping them on.
She had her hand on the door when he called out to her.

Anthony’s sure he struck the jackpot when he finds out Kate has a secret ao3 account. Kate would never win an argument with him again. He goes through all the trouble of signing up for an account to read what he’s sure would be prime blackmail material.
Instead, he finds, well, Regency porn. About a pairing affectionately known as ‘Simonathan.’
…and it was good, so even though he says he’ll stop he keeps going back for more. One day he realizes he’s crossed a line, however, and some things are made clear to him—there was way more to Kate Sharma than she let him see, and he was in love with her.

Anthony stopped dead at the sound of her voice. That voice, and he closed his eyes against the memory of her grinding against his fingers, her thighs squeezing his. He turned slowly, and his stomach dropped. Her long legs were in dark stockings now, a tight pencil skit hugging those hips that he’d wanted to sink his teeth into and her jacket was perfectly tailored, a pilot’s cap tucked under her arm.
Her lips, painted a light pink this time, curved in a wicked smile as her eyebrow arched and she held her hand out towards him. “Captain Kate Sharma, lovely to meet you, Anthony…” Her eyes flicked down to the paper in her hand, “Bridgerton. Cabin Manager.”OR
Anthony spent his entire life making sure things were ship shape, exactly the way they should be. And just sometimes he likes to cut loose.
