Summary
Lan Wangji has always been the perfect Lan clan disciple. He is Lan Qiren's favorite student and he has never broken any rules. When disciples from other clans arrived at the Cloud Recesses to partake in Lan Qiren's classes, among them was Lan Wangji's polar opposite: a loud, bad-mannered, and nonconforming man named Wei Wuxian. After landing himself in too much trouble, Wei Wuxian is now being carefully monitored by Lan Wangji while he completes his punishment..copying scriptures.
After being around Wei Wuxian for a few days of extra-curricular imprisonment, Lan Wangji may start to feel and think things he's never felt or thought before...and maybe Wei Wuxian won't be the only one learning something new.
