A young imp named Tweek gets sent to earth in order to recruit a potential force for Satan's army. Said "force" is just some 4th grader, not any older than he is, that just happens to be able to shoot lasers, for some ungodly reason.
But first and foremost, Tweek needs to get familiarized with South Park, it's residents, and most importantly, the boy he was sent to recruit!
