“Hey,” Childe whispered. “Hey, Kaeya? Look at me.”
He cupped Kaeya’s face in his palm, fingers trembling as he used his thumb to stroke from the corner of Kaeya’s mouth where the blood seeped out to the soft skin under his closed eye.
“Kaeya, fuck, look at me!” He yelled, ignoring the way his throat burned, dry as a desert.
Childe’s hands shook; the limp body he held shook with him.
In which Childe finds Kaeya alone on the battlefield, and he discovers that not all promises can be kept.

Summary
With all his experience in adventuring and his insane talent, Katsuki knew that finding Endeavor’s family castle was something that should have needed a shit ton more planning. Theories to where it may be, high quality clothes that would last and protect him, and good equipment in case he provoked a dragon. It was not a place that people were supposed to stumble across.
Yet, standing in front of him is supposedly King Endeavor's son. And the heir to the fucking throne. Yeah, right.

Or, Katsuki is an adventurer who stumbles across an old, mysterious castle where he meets a sheltered prince (who is fucking gorgeous, may he add) and convinces him to join him on an adventure.

His voice echoed through the halls of the Swiss euthanasia centre that they were in, ricochetting through the halls like a bullet, only to rip through his heart as the reality of where they were, of how close they were to saying their last goodbye, suddenly slammed into him.

It’s Shouto’s last day and Katsuki is finding it difficult to say goodbye. Then, a year later, he writes a letter to his love, reminiscing on their happy days and sharing how he’s fulfilling all their old dreams.

"What. The fuck. Is that?" Standing at the entrance to Room 312 with one bag slung over his shoulder and another kitbag in hand, Katsuki is faced with the first obstacle to his peaceful college life. A queen-sized bed.
Katsuki’s talking to himself, so it's a surprise when a voice comes from his left. Someone is leaning on the door frame to what seems to be the bathroom, arms crossed over a broad chest. "A bed? Have you never seen one?" It's so deadpan that Katsuki isn't even a hundred percent sure it's sarcasm. There's no arched brow, no quirk of a lip, nothing to indicate a joke.
And okay, Katsuki would kill him on the spot just for that if it wouldn’t be such a waste because this guy is like, really fucking hot.
Katsuki’s scowl deepens. "Ha fucking ha, asshole. Why is there a double bed instead of two separate ones?"
And they were roommates! And there was only one bed! A whole ass fic that's 85% bed sharing.
