(FTM)Kite runs into another vagabond, Ging, who tells them about being a Hunter. Enthralled, Kite begs to become Ging's student and after a while he agrees. He teaches Kite the basics of nen and prepares them for the Hunter Exam. Before Kite departs, Ging realizes he might have learned more from Kite, than Kite from him.
