Shifting from concerned to exasperated, Lan Xichen took a deep breath, then exhaled, just as slowly. “I do not care about who the winners are. There are more pressing matters we should be focusing our attention on. Your shoulder is torn.”
During the hunt at Phoenix Mountain, Jin Guangyao descends a stairwell without falling, Nie Mingjue receives a wound while cultivating and Lan Xichen is there to offer support while emotional distancing.

Born from the naivety of his little brother's mind, anything looks doable. A quick trip to the flea market to see what wares and knick-knacks the squalls had on sell. A midnight visit to the kennel to see the puppies sleep, milk still dripping from their little muzzles.
Mucking around Xinglu Ridge to see what monsters lurked about. Perhaps spirits, perhaps children-eating demons. Nie Mingjue had a saber now, he was not scared by the lot of those.

Forsaking the red for gold had been easy. Laughably so. Upon his return from the war, Jin Guangyao is faced with wounds he may or may not have inflicted, that defy time and just won't heal. The ones on his own skin he can handle, he's had worse after all. It's the ones that are not that disquieten his mind.
Specifically, the ones on Nie Mingjue.
Jin Guangyao knew they were all bound to get hurt. He did not foresee he'd be the one to hold the whip hand.

Sirius didn't have a child of his own, but he considered Teddy to be his son in all but blood and when Tonks fell ill, he never hesitated to open his home to them to help her with the boy. When Tonks passes away, Remus is faced with a choice: step up and be a father or stay out of Teddy’s life.
However, reappearing in Teddy's life is not easy. Sirius has trouble forgiving Remus for walking out on Teddy, and Remus thinks Sirius is a stuck-up, posh, know-it-all who believes he is better than everyone else. Now they’re supposed to co-parent a child while also navigating their own complicated feelings about the situation, and each other.
