Summary
Hannibal and Will meet on a dating app. It doesn't take long for Hannibal to reveal his secret. He is a vampire.
They move incredibly fast; falling head over heels in love in the matter of a couple months. They would go to the ends of the earth to be together. After some coaxing, Will convinces Hannibal to change him into a vampire.
How will Will navigate life as a new changling? Can he and Hannibal make their relationship work through Will's roller coaster of intense emotions as a fledgling? Will they be able to figure out who is killing on the full moons? Will there be dangerous mythical creatures in their way? Can they figure out a way to nurture their relationship with a child in the mix? What will Odessa be like? Will she be an Alpha or an Omega? Can the family overcome a tragedy? Will Hannibal and Will try for more kids? How will they survive when Odessa goes to college?
So many unanswered questions. So many mixed emotions. Only time will tell us what happens to the Lecter's. We know one things for sure. Love always prevails.

Summary
Will doesn't leave Hannibal's dinner party for his date with the Chesapeake Ripper. As a result, Hannibal alerts Will of his encephalitis that night and uses Will's recovery to explore his curiosity about friendship-- and what makes Will Graham fascinating. Hannibal's growing affinity for Will compels him to use a somewhat softer approach to influencing the man than he had originally planned, and Will isn't impervious to becoming the object of someone's affection after a lifetime of self-imposed social isolation.
TL;DR: S1 goes in a much fluffier direction as of "Sorbet." Will is Will. Hannibal is Hannibal, just a smidge closer to the man we know and love by the end of S3.

Summary
A young man without a name is unhappy with his body. He's had enough of living in this shell, this form that he doesn't resonate with. He decides, probably foolishly, that the best way to remedy this problem is to summon a demon known only as Hannibal-- a demon known for trickery and murder.
The young man will get what he wants, but he will also be irreversibly changed. And it will feel so, so good.
