Pure Vanilla lowered his hand, offering it out to Shadow Milk, still crumpled on the floor, pathetic and unworthy.

“Doll, you’re so drunk.” Shadow Milk said as he moved to sit down in front of the healer.
“Yes… I suppose I am.”
“I don’t think I've ever seen you this drunk before.”
Pure Vanilla opened his mouth to try and say something, and ultimately failed, a garbled mess of voice and sound coming out instead. Shadow Milk couldn’t help but smirk.
“Come to think of it, I don't think I've ever seen you drunk before.” there was another pitiful noise from Pure Vanilla in response.

He holds himself higher now because he is higher. He’s Awakened; divinity ran through him like a second set of veins, his soul jam thrummed with far more power than it had before the Spire, his robes were heavier and his chin was held higher.But even with his… improvement, Pure Vanilla fails to differentiate himself from Truthless Recluse more often than he can admit to himself.
