Summary
“I’m sure you‘d know better than me.” Jihyo says it off-handedly, but Sana senses there might be something more to it. Bad blood, perhaps. “But back to you, I’m sorry, what was your name again?”
It’s strange, because she doesn’t really feel the need to lie with Jihyo. Sana voluntarily lets herself get chipped away by the girl’s inquisitive eyes, like a formidable block of ice at the hands of a seasoned sculptor. Couldn’t hurt to, not when a girl as pretty as this is asking, she decides.
“You didn’t ask,” she grins, ”but it’s Sana.”
“Right. Sorry, Sana. From?”
“Osaka.”
“Okay, Sana from Osaka,” Jihyo repeats, and Sana immediately loves the way it sounds when she says it, “how exactly did you end up lost in a place like this?”
Or, where Sana’s the anti-kitsune, of sorts.
