Summary
It's Minho's turn to snap. "What's wrong, guard?"
"Nothing to concern yourself with, sir, my sincerest apologies for the trouble," Changbin says in a single breath, his back rigid. "Han, here, ride outside."
Jisung shakes his head. "I'm sure I can—"
"Han," Changbin says. In alpha voice. He's using his alpha voice on Jisung. God, does that even work on other alphas?
or: Prince Minho knows his two personal guards are together. They’re both alphas. He kind of wants to be in between them.

Summary
The mattress dips where Minho sits. "You've got a fever," he says, palm pressing against Jisung's forehead. "And you passed out on me, Han-ah, if you don't get better I'm calling Doctor Kim."
It sounds like a threat. Which means Minho's not only worried—he's scared.
Jisung's chest tightens. He wraps a hand around Minho's wrist. "Hyung... we don't have time for that."
or: canon-compliant sex pollen

Summary
Minho's breath ghosts Jisung's ear, smelling of soju, of weed, maybe candy canes. Something sweet. "Have I been nice enough this year, Santa?"
The room is spinning—Jisung's head spins with it.
or: jisung dresses as santa for the company holiday party and gets a boner when his coworker minho sits on his lap

Summary
Jisung surveys his work before gazing through the window, eyelids weighting like boulders, so tired he almost misses the rise of a figure from the edge of the swamp.
A man.
There's a man outside.
And he's crawling.
or: Jisung fucks the swamp man.

Changbin nudges the door ajar. “Can I come in?” he asks, halfway in already. “I went to your room and y—"
“Shhh.” Minho meets his eyes in the mirror, draping himself lower to look casual despite the rumble of his empty stomach and the burning in his lower back. “I’m up,” he says, meaning to say I’m fine, but too tired to lie convincingly.
or: Minho gets hurt during practice, Changbin gives him a massage.

“Bro, you’re staring like I owe you money.”
“I’m spotting,” Chan says. “This is the spot face.”
Changbin wheezes a laugh mid-rep, almost loses the bar, and forces it up again through sheer spite. “Your spot face is horny.”
“My spot face is serious,” Chan argues defensively, and his ears are starting to burn.
“Serious about what?” Changbin teases. “Admiring me?”
or; Chan and Changbin are oblivious ‘straight’ gym bros.

Summary
Once upon a time, Ilya had been able to take as long as he wanted to cool down after practice. He used to stay late, picking up cones and chatting with the coaches or helping rookies run drills. Then, he’d pedal on the elliptical bike until his knees felt like they’d pop right out of his legs. Only then, when he could barely stand, would Ilya drag himself to the shower and then back to his empty house, where he might be able to FaceTime his husband if he were lucky.
Like most good things, though, that has come to an end.
Or: Troy knows the secret to getting Ilya's attention is by using Shane's oral fixation against him. Ilya is all too happy to let them play him like a fiddle.

Summary
Troy Barrett hates everything about being traded to Ottawa. He hates how close his teammates are with each other, the quiet and not at all exciting city, and his shitty hotel room. Here, he has no friends, no excuse to go anywhere except the gym and his bed, and almost nothing to live for.
Except Ilya Rozanov. And, more importantly, the nipple piercings.

Summary
“Careful, Barrett,” Ilya hums, summoning all the composure he can muster. He thinks about things that hurt, like Hollander selling his sex condo and changing his phone number. “If I didn’t know better, I’d think you are flirting with me.”
Barrett doesn’t confirm the allegation, but he doesn’t deny it, either. Instead, he eases himself down onto the bench beside Ilya, not bothering to move his knee when it brushes against Ilya’s thigh.
“If I didn’t know better, I’d think you like it.”
Or: Ilya knows that smoking is a bad habit. But, so is being attracted to his teammate, and this summer, there’s no one around to tell him no.

Summary
“How should we expect this night to go?” The reporter was hyped up. Ilya couldn’t blame them; the rivalry between Ottawa and Toronto was as new as it was personal. There was no shortage of stories to write, and they all knew it.
So Ilya shrugged when he answered. “We will see. Perhaps a visit to the penalty box–” he smirked. “My vacation home.” Ilya liked to tell reporters that the Toronto penalty box was becoming his vacation home. He liked saying it; Centaurs’ fans liked him saying it; the Toronto fans loathed it, too. Win-win-win.
Ilya Rozanov and his teammates have a bad habit of ending up in Toronto's penalty box. Shane Hollander has a special gift for the penalty kill.
