Work Text:

Lilia was hardly surprised that your relationship with Malleus turned into something deeper than a mere friendship. Malleus had been quite obviously smitten with you, and Lilia has been around long enough to notice how your eyes would light up each time you saw him, clearly holding a strong admiration for the man. How sweet it was to watch young love blossoming.

But of course, with love comes problems.

“I just cannot understand why this continues to happen.” Malleus stared at the large grandfather clock, each tick mocking him that his beloved had forgotten him yet again. Where you were once punctual and doting, your head now seemed to be stuck in the clouds as you began showing up to dates late, your eyes seemingly drawn to everywhere– everyone – but him. Malleus tried to be understanding, brushing it off as you just being a human, so fleeting and fluid. Surely, it had nothing to do with your feelings with him.

Lilia, who had just arrived, perked up at Malleus’ words. “What are you referring to?” The question might as well not have been asking as he was more than aware of what Malleus was talking about. You had caused quite a stir of emotions for the younger fae lately, and although Malleus masked his feelings of frustration to the best of his abilities, it wasn’t hard for Lilia to see through the front he put up. And while Lilia would never want to think ill of you, it was somewhat disappointing how you could be so oblivious to your lover’s hurt.

When Malleus didn’t answer, continuing to glower at the clock, Lilia walked a bit closer. “You know… there was quite a commotion outside of the botanical gardens. I’m almost certain I saw a familiar face amongst those there. Curious, isn’t it?” The smile he had looked innocent enough, but that mattered little because Malleus didn’t even spare him a glance, leaving the room in search of you.

Sure enough, you were there running around with those little friends of yours. Had he not been so hurt by the fact that you had chosen them over him for the nth time, he might’ve smiled as he watched you laughing, looking so carefree as the sun shined down upon you. In that moment, however, seeing your expression only had him clenching his fists, trying to hold himself back. He didn’t want to cause a storm, but any more of this and it might just be inevitable. It took one of your friends pointing him out for you to even notice him… Has he really become that forgettable even to you? You had no clue of his current inner turmoil as he watched you say something to your friends, a huge smile on your face, before bounding right over to him, still so full of energy.

“Shall we go for a walk?” Even in the few seconds of attention he asked from you, you turned around to wave to your friends again before even acknowledging his question.

“Yeah! Sounds good.”

_

The quiet was comforting to you, stuck in your own world, hardly noticing anything around you including Malleus. So oblivious to the once clear sky darkening, signs of rain and thunder approaching quickly. Malleus could only wonder why you had pulled away from him when you had once been the one of the only people in the school who even cared to approach him. Now, all your time seems to be going towards your relationships with certain friends. Malleus played back the scene again from earlier, of you giggling up at your friends as you all pushed each other around, happily yelling about things he couldn't care less about. In that moment, you had looked at them the way you used to look at him.

“Child of Man.” His nickname for you finally made you look over at him, curious about what he has to say. “If I’m the one you love, why do you look at them like that?”

At that question, you stopped walking entirely. You narrowed your eyes in confusion, completely taken aback by the question. “Like what?”

“You look at your friends exactly how you once looked at me.” Malleus finally met your eyes and for the first time, you truly saw his pain. Behind him, you could see occasional flashes of lightning followed by the distant sound of thunder. You didn’t think you’d looked at anyone else with any sort of special look, not the way you were sure you looked at Malleus. But he clearly saw something that you didn’t.

“Malleus, that’s not true. At the least, I can confidently say that they’re nothing more than friends to me. You are the one I love.”

“Really?”

“Of course!” The wind picked up, the sky flashing even brighter. You had reiterated your love for him yet he looked even angrier. With the storm brewing, growing closer each passing moment, and the way it seemed as though he towered over you, you felt yourself becoming fearful. Not once had you ever been scared of Malleus, but you’d also never witnessed his wrath. It was all so sudden; in your eyes, everything had been fine in your relationship, and now suddenly you were presented with an upset boyfriend.

“Do you know what today is?”

“It’s Fri–” You stopped yourself as you recalled that you were supposed to have a date with Malleus after classes ended, but you’d gotten wrapped up in whatever your friends were doing that you had completely forgotten about your plans. Horrible guilt threatening to consume you. No wonder he was cross with you; you’d have already shown up late – or even not at all – to more than a couple of dates. His comment about your friends started to make more sense; while he was sitting around waiting for you, you were happily distracted with your own friends. Of course he must’ve felt awful. “I’m so sorry! I had gotten distracted again and–”

Thunder roared above you, quick to shut you up. Day seemed to have become night as the harsh wind blew against you. It felt as though each time you spoke, you only made the situation worse.

“Distracted… Yes, I think that’s what you said last time. And the time before that. It seems that it has become a common thing to have you so distracted that you forget all about me.” Another flash of green lightning. “I suppose we need to fix that, don’t we?” Before you could even stammer out an agreement, Malleus pulled you into his chest, using his magic to transport the two of you to what you would recognize to be the Diasomnia lounge. You quickly looked around and locked eyes with Lilia, who was making his way over to the two of you, a sly expression on his face.

“How nice it is to see you again. Did you have a good time playing outside with your friends?” His tone of voice came off as patronizing and before you could snap back at him, Malleus spoke up.

“There will be no more of that.”

Lilia put on a faux frown, gently patting your arm as if comforting you. The touch made your skin crawl. “Oh, what a shame. It’s quite entertaining watching you youths running around. All that energy.” He moved back and clasped his hands together, “Well, in any case, at least now you can focus on furthering your relationship with Malleus!” At that, he shooed the two of you off and you were quick to note that Malleus was dragging you over to his chambers.

Once he pulled you into the room, slamming the door shut, you felt as though your fate, whatever that may be, was sealed. While there was no longer any stormy weather threatening to pour down onto you, his anger was just as clear. He had been right in that you had been using the same excuse, but you were being genuine when you said that you were distracted. You could admit you were in the wrong, especially seeing as how furious it seems to have made him, but you were afraid to speak, feeling like that may only continue to ruin things.

“Child of Man, I have been patient and forgiving for far too long. Your continued disrespect towards our relationship – towards me – will no longer go unpunished.” The word ‘unpunished’ stood out to you. A nasty breakup wouldn’t have been surprising; while you couldn’t imagine Malleus yelling at you, you could imagine a scene of him telling you off for being a terrible partner before kicking you out of the dorms. Lilia would probably get a good laugh out of that. But even earlier Malleus had said something about fixing your behavior…

Malleus put his large hand upon your head, his green eyes eerily intense. A void in your stomach opened up, causing you to feel ill. You were beginning to understand that you likely weren’t getting out of this with something as simple as breaking up. Before you even had a clue what was in store for you, you began stammering out another apology despite knowing it would hardly matter.

“All this talk is meaningless. If you truly want to apologize, you can show me with your actions, not your empty words.” Lilia had once advised him that humans can be scheming, telling you one thing but doing another, so he had to be wary of the things you say. When you had started blowing him off, it was Lilia who had told him that the best way to stake a claim on one is to own their body. He hadn’t quite understood at the time, but with the fresh image of you smiling at all your friends, he can now better understand the sentiment; both you and your friends knew that you were his, but it was as if it wasn’t clicking in anyone’s head. You’re his. You belong to him, not to your friends or even yourself. That became the truth the moment you agreed to enter a relationship with him, but it seems as though you’ve forgotten that.

But even with his anger, he was gentle when guiding you over to the bed. You couldn’t even ask what was going on before getting pushed face first into the soft surface. Malleus’ scent clung to his sheets, momentarily providing a small sense of comfort. You tried to push yourself up, looking back at Malleus for some sort of explanation only for him to move on top of you, arms caging you in. You reached further onto the bed in an attempt to pull yourself out from under him, but he used the opportunity to seize your wrists, holding them together with one hand. While your mind was screaming at you to do something, your body froze, unsure of how to navigate this situation. There was a certain danger in the air yet you couldn't exactly pinpoint the unease. Perhaps it was because you knew that he was upset, that you were in trouble. Or because of the way the large man has you trapped under him, even without using all his strength? Either way, you knew this was a situation you needed to be out of.

Hot breath tickled the back of your neck as Malleus nuzzled into it. You tried to squirm away, uneasy at the light feeling against your skin but he only pushed closer into you. While you were so focused on that, you hardly noticed the hand snaking down towards your skirt. A small caress on the inside of your thigh was all it took for your attention to shift from your neck to where your boyfriend’s hand was. It was as though he was tormenting you, slowly moving it further and further up, only to not quite touch where you almost hoped he would. After a moment of the same movements, a finger snuck into your underwear, pressing ever so slightly. As you lightly gasped, a soft bite to your neck startled you. It wasn’t deep by any means, but there was a small sting regardless. While Malleus slowly moved his fingers over your pussy, another bite was delivered followed by an affectionate lick over the wounded area.

By now, a finger slowly pushed into you, causing you to try to move away almost instinctively. You and Malleus had never been so intimate, so you weren’t sure how to proceed and the feeling of having someone else’s fingers in you was so foreign. But despite your own inexperience, you could tell your boyfriend lacked any practice as well, his movements hesitant and slow. You closed your eyes, trying to just focus on the feeling as he added in another finger, slowly working you open. As you were getting lost in the pleasure building up inside of you, his fingers were removed.

“You seem to be enjoying yourself, but I recall telling you that you were to be punished.” His deep voice grounded you back in reality. Right. He was upset. But this hardly seemed like any punishment to you. Malleus moved around behind you, putting a hand on your back to remind you to stay as you are. The shuffling around made you curious, but when you made a move to try and peek behind you, his hand pressed against you harder.

He moved back over you once more, hand going back up your skirt. You slightly pushed your butt into the air, hoping he will take the hint and bury his fingers into you once more. Instead of that, however, he grabbed the hem of your panties, harshly pulling them down to your knees.

“Ah! Malleus!” You were ready to scold him for being so rough, but you were cut off when he gripped onto your thigh pulling you even closer to him. You were surprised to feel something long touching the inside of your thigh, rubbing against you while Malleus moved his face to your shoulder. His quiet groans were the only sound in the room as he moved to rub against your pussy. The feeling was nice but hardly enough to really scratch the feeling inside of you wanting more. And while you wanted to ask him to give you just what you wanted, he had said this was a punishment, so you doubted he’d care to listen to anything that you’d ask for at this moment.

“I hope you remember that you’re mine, both inside and out.” At that, a kiss was placed onto your shoulder as Malleus pushed into you, causing you to cry out in pain. It was too big, too much. You weren’t ready for such an intrusion and yet that didn’t seem to matter to the man above you. Your hand moved to grip onto the sheets, but Malleus covered your hand with his own, holding onto it. His thrusts were rough and sloppy, yet the pain eventually subsided into its own form of pleasure.

This was all new to Malleus as well, and he hadn’t wished for your first times to be so unforgiving and brutal, but Lilia’s words about having to claim you stuck with him and Malleus knew there was really only one way to truly show everyone that you were already taken. It hadn’t exactly been an ideal situation, not something that he would’ve brought up until you two had really settled down, but you were just too open with everyone around you that it caused his own suffering. It had gone on for far too long, and if this was the only way to keep you at his side, unable to forget him, then so be it.

Malleus could feel his own release building up, and it only got closer as he imagined you plump with his child. The two of you creating a family seemed like a dream come true. He knew from the moment he asked you out that that was the future he wanted with you and now it was here in his grasp. His thrusts became more vicious as he continued to pound into your now sopping cunt. Your small blissful cries under him were music to his ears and only spurred him on more. This could be forever. You and him, every night and day. How badly he wanted that. Your only focus would be him and your children.

A perfect future.

A loud groan followed by a few slow sharp thrusts let you know that Malleus had reached his own release as he filled you up with his cum. He stayed inside of you for a moment before pulling out and turning you on your back so that you could face him. He hadn’t let you come, and his flushed cheeks as he looked at you only turned you on more. You reached up to grip his arms and you try to open your legs, signaling to him that you wanted more but Malleus only laughed and he shook his head. Only you would have the audacity to ask for a reward during your own punishment.

“Let this be a lesson to you. You’ll be treated properly once you learn how to behave.”

“I understand but–”

Malleus glared down at you, “There is nothing more to be said on the subject. Besides, you will have lots of time to make things up to me.” His words were lost on you, as was his glance at your covered stomach. While your head was filled with petty thoughts no thanks to not getting off, Malleus was happy to picture a future where you and his children were all the two of you needed.

And with so many kids to watch over – kids that’ll surely look a lot like him – he’ll no longer have to worry about you forgetting about him and leaving to be with some other friend of yours. A perfect future indeed.
