Chapter Text
• So obviously at first you're Sans' prey. It was less than a half a day after you escaped left Toriel's when it become clear to you that you were being followed. It wasn't long after that when you figured out that whatever was following you was also toying you, causing your panic to flare and you to start running. What you didn't know was that was exactly the reaction Sans wanted you to have, as tiring you out made it much easier on him to drag you back home to where his brother was waiting, hungry. He's not the tallest of fellas to be honest so by the time you get there your back is torn up from him unceremoniously dragging you through a forest.
• By the time you wake up, you're in your captor's basement and strapped to a table, your leg already gone and a smell of food cooking wafting down from upstairs. You can hear what sounds like a very loud person talking from up there but only barely as the room you're in looks like someone had previously tried to soundproof but had done a terrible job of doing so.
• Not too long after you wake, another skeleton is in the basement with you holding a bowl of food while the one who originally captured you stands back at the top of the stairs, staring and unblinking. The tall skeleton rambles as he gently forces food down your throat and you, exhausted, let him even as the little voice in the back of your head screams at you to throw yourself back up. You have a feeling the shorter one would kill you for doing so. If you had the ability to hear what Papyrus had to say you would know that you were being fed to keep you alive, to keep you fresh, and that he was so sorry but it was his brother's idea but not to hate him either as they didn't really have too much of a choice here. You didn't notice his tears or his hiccups either.
• After this exchange, Sans goes to change the rough bandages he had used to stop the bleeding from your leg and notices how everything had already healed up. He was pretty sure there was a lot more leg there from before as well. He waits for you to be a lot more conscious before he interrogates you and when he does, he's so excited. You can regenerate limbs. You're literally an renewable food source. Well, as long as they can keep you here with them and alive that is.
• The first is quite easy for Sans to do. He can just keep sawing both of your legs off and have you and Papyrus entertain each other while he defends their territory. Papyrus isn't too happy about it, what he feels is unnecessary cruelty, but he doesn't disobey his brother. Besides, he's incredibly lonely and it doesn't take very long for the two of you to become close.
• You and Sans though? That takes a lot longer, very much longer. It probably takes several months for you to even tolerate being in the same room with him, but by that time he's also extremely attached to you, just as much if not more than his brother is. Afterall, even if you didn't do so consensually, you're the reason his brother is looking so well fed and he can't help but idolize you for that.
