Summary
A slow breeze is blowing through their comfortable silence. They both enjoy watching Arthur circle the sky above them. Fuse feels perfectly relaxed here with Bloodhound, forgetting any intention of coming here to train for a moment. He slept like shit last night still sore from his healing bullet wounds and begins to think he could fall asleep here leaning against the tree with them. Before he knows it, he drifts off.
When Fuse wakes, he can feel he’s leaning his head to the left. He also feels a heavy and sturdy object laying across his shoulders and something is gently scratching his scalp. Goosebumps immediately race over his skin. Still half asleep, he takes a breath and Bloodhound’s rich, woodsy scent floods his senses. It’s so strong and close, it’s like he’s living in it. He must be dreaming, is that really Bloodhound’s arm around him and hand on his head?
