A Harmonious Throuple
On one beautiful morning, just before sunrise, a set of twin girls were born.
Ever since they were born, the twins Sina and Anis have been the complete opposites of each other. They are the opposite in everything *but* their gender. If Sina likes the color pink, then Anis loves the color blue. If Sina loves math, then Anis likes English. Sina often walks on the right side of the road, and Anis often walks on the left side of her sister. For their personality, Sina is an energetic morning bird, while Anis is a calm and serene night owl.
Such is the life of these two girls. They may be the complete opposites of each other, but somehow, they always got along with each other. Maybe the fact that they were opposites were actually what made them so complementary for each other, because they never had to fight over something that the other truly wanted.
But then, on the fateful day of March 14th, the lives of these two girls forever changed.
They met a kind and handsome guy named Costello, someone whom they both shared an instantaneous connection with. And then, cupid’s arrow struck them both as they both fell in love with the same man.
Sina and Anis are twins, now opposite in everything but two things: their gender, and their love for Costello.
Ever since they met him, they were able to get to know Costello even better. And the more that they knew him, the deeper their love for the man grew.
But how can this be? Two girls falling in love with the same man? Everyone would expect a major conflict in this situation.
But despite what everyone else thinks, somehow, the twins and the guy, were all able to have a harmonious relationship with one another. No conflicts had arisen between the three people, because the twins were able to complement the guy perfectly, and the guy was able to complement the girls equally. Even after the girls both fell in love with the same man, since we know of how well they got along with each other, they never had any conflicts with one another, because the girls understood each other.
Everyone is baffled at the relationship of these three people. How can that relationship possibly even work? But for Sina, Anis, and Costello, they paid no heed to these naysayers, because no one else understood the perfect connection between the three of them. Sina can be derived and understood by Costello, and Costello can be derived and understood by Anis. Sina and Anis are perfect complements to Costello.
As long as they are together, these three would have the most harmonious relationship that ever graced the Earth.
