Before you read this, I figured I’d put some context for why I’m making this and what the purpose of this story is.
Sea of Stars has quickly become one of my favorite games of all time, and I have very few complaints about it, but I’ll admit towards the end of the story, it starts to become a little messy. This leaves multiple plot points unaddressed, has some half-baked stuff in there for good measure, as well as leaves certain plotholes unanswered. The ending is also really underwhelming. The true ending is a tiny bit better, but it’s still not good. For the most part, Sea of Stars has a phenomenal story, and this story serves as my attempt to tie it up into a neat little bow. Because of this, if you don’t have knowledge of Sea of Stars’ plot, this will make no sense to you and will definitely contain spoilers for it, too. I highly recommend playing it, or at least watching a playthrough, before reading this. This was made explicitly for those who have already seen and/or experienced the story and game for yourself. With all of this said, I hope you enjoy, and I hope this can serve as a satisfying conclusion to this amazing game and story.
