““Oh. Why are we going to Nibelheim?” Sephiroth questioned, before tensing up. “Sorry, sir. I know I’ve already asked a lot of questions.”
Vincent lifted up a hand- his human hand- and moved it towards Sephiroth. The boy flinched, though didn’t move away. The hand landed on the silver hair, lightly ruffling it. Sephiroth looked an awful lot like a deer caught in headlights when Vincent did it.
“It’s fine, I’m not upset, and you don’t have to call me sir.” Vincent said quietly. “We’re going to Nibelheim because there is an unoccupied Shinra manor there, it hasn’t been touched in years.””
