Summary:
A short comic - After the curtain falls on Penacony, Dr. Ratio has a bone to pick with his dear gambler. They discuss alcohol, the IPC's upper limit on hotel room bugging, and what it means to defy death.

I tried to find a way to mix some of your prompts, got a little too ambitious and ended up with a comic. It's my first time making something like this, so I hope you like it and that I did them justice :)
