Without a doubt, time continued to pass.
The clock kept ticking in it's timebound cage.
The rain pattered rhythmic against the glass.
Words spilt mindlessly onto the page.
Life goes on, we never ask ourselves why
The world keeps spinning never does it pause
Unexpectedly break, we need to try
To pick up the pieces, not find the cause.
Give it a try, close your eyes and hope now
That you disappear along with the pain.
You're not quite ready and you're not sure how
Trust that theres all to loose and none to gain.
