Summary
“My brother”, says the voice of the devil who appears.
With eyes sharp, and the smile of a predator adorned on his face, he walks towards Nanon. The clack of his shoes as if a warning bell blaring even louder than the music.
“Ohm” Nanon whispers unintentionally and the smile of the man now standing in front of him widens, a glint in his eyes that makes Nanon shiver.
“Happy birthday Non”, Ohm says grinning, dressed head to toe in black, with only the glinting shine of his wristwatch a stark contrast to his dark attire.

I don't know how to summarise but basically Nanon is disabled due to an accident and is on a wheelchair. His brother Ohm makes sure that nothing and no one can hurt him .
Except, well, himself. -
