Daughter of Osamu Dazai and Chuuya Nakahara
Has an ability -gravity nullification- called Guiding Void. (as abilities are connected through the soul and she helped both Dazai and Chuuya when they were at their worst)
Lives in Yokohama
Currently on a joint mission for the Ada and Pm as she asked for more responsibilities as she wants to prove she can work on undercover missions.
Trained by: Valerin, Chuuya, Kouyou, Dazai, Ranpo, Sigma( taught her how to be normal as they were scared she would not have much experience with this ,very much needed,), Hawks and Dabi train her for more 'hero' based thing

‘Friends’ from school: Izuku Midoriya (studying him as Dazai asked her too), Shoto Todoroki ( Found out that this was Dabi’s brother and wanted to get to know him), Tsuyu Asui ( Thinks she is interesting and wants to actually befriend her), Tenya Iida (Reminds her of a ruder Kunikida) , Momo Yoayorozu ( Thinks she is interesting and would like to actually befriend her), Mina Ashido (Thinks she is very loud but has potential), Katsuki Bakugou (Thinks that he is very short tempered and has an inferiority complex but smart).
Sibling backstory: The Akutagawa siblings were adopted by Dazai and chuuya when they (Dazai and chuuya) had just both turned 18, Ochako came into the picture (I don't know how its up to your imagination for the time being) when they we 19 -Dazai was living with Chuuya as the Akutagawa sibling-. When Ochako was 2, Chuuya had a mission in Musutafu and discovered Hawks, who trusted him, and Chuuya Kinda Kidnapped him but the HPSC found him again so he was bought back, but he sometime he would manage to get away and spend time with the others and they became a family. When Hawks was 18 and opened his agency quite a bit of his free time was spent with them as they were like family. Also they all call each other nicknames because I think it is cute. They have know Dabi a long time as he was in the commission so he would sneak out with Hawks to see them, When he 'died' after he woke up he spent a few months with them to get used to everything
She gets along really well with her in-laws, her and Dabi always joke and tease each other, she has very long conversations with Higuchi on lots of different topics, her and Atsushi go out to lots of different restaurants to try and rate the food ( they have a white board with the best place they have been that month on Chuuya's fridge.
She has Dazai's intelligence and was taught by Dazai, Ranpo and Mori, which means that when she and Nedzu talk it gets very complicated for others to follow along
Nedzu knows that she is from the Ada and the PM as he requested for a singular neutral party to come and help him.
The Todoroki's don't know that Touya is alive so she has to be careful about mentioning him in front of Shoto.
