[Image Description for a video cross-posted across various platforms by @scuderiaferrari:
00:00
In the top half of the screen is an image of Charles Leclerc. He is sitting on a sofa in a warmly lit living room. He is wearing a black hoodie with a white embroidered CL on the breast and glasses. His hair is soft, unstyled, and he has a small smile on his face. Behind him, the room looks cozy; well furnished with a lived in quality. A shelf full of trophies is visible, though blurred as the background is unfocused. The image is high quality, as though a professional camera was used, though clearly taken by Charles himself. There is red text on the screen that says, “Relaxing.”
The bottom half of the screen is black, with yellow text that says, “Sleeping.”
01:00
The top image shows Charles once again. He is in a different room this time, with a white wall behind him and the headboard of a bed visible. He has a hand in front of his mouth, his face screwed up, partway through a yawn. His glasses are off now, and the hoodie has been removed, revealing the soft, plain white t-shirt underneath. To Charles’ left, in the bottom corner, the blankets of his bed are visible, a deep navy, and the edge is pulled up a little, almost as though there is someone asleep in the other side of the bed. There is no visible other person. There is red text on the screen that says “Bed time.”
The bottom half of the screen is still black and captioned “Sleeping.”
02:00–04:00
The screen is entirely black, with both halves having the word “Sleeping.” written on it — the top in red, the bottom in yellow.
05:00
The top half of the screen is still black and captioned “Sleeping.” in red text.
The bottom image is a selfie of Lewis Hamilton, taken with a professional camera in the same way as Charles’ previous two images. He is wearing work out clothing and sits on top of a black yoga mat. The room behind him is open; modern and expensive, but tasteful, with light wooden accents against soft cream coloured walls. There is gym equipment in the background, though it currently sits unused. There is a water bottle next to him and a glass filled with a green juice. He is smiling at the camera. The yellow text on the screen reads, “Yoga.”
06:00
The top half of the screen is still black and captioned “Sleeping.”
Lewis is still in his gym. He has black Airpod Max headphones on, and his shirt has been removed. He is sitting on the bench of a piece of workout equipment, racked weights behind him. He is sweating, but still smiling. He is giving the camera a thumbs up. The caption says, “Working out.”
07:00
The top half of the screen is still black and captioned “Sleeping.”
Lewis is sitting at the breakfast bar of a modern, white kitchen. He is sipping the same glass of green juice from the previous image. There is roughly one third of the glass left. In front of him is a bowl of greens; pumpkin, beans, peas, lentils, a grain of some kind. The food is half eaten, a fork sits in the bowl. He has two slices of sourdough toast on a plate next to the bowl, one has a large bite taken out of it. The caption reads “Breakfast.”
08:00
The top half of the screen is still black and captioned “Sleeping.”
Lewis is in an office. The same light wood accents from the gym are carried through to this room. He has changed from workout clothing into an expensive looking woven cream button up. His headphones are on. The caption says, “Meetings.”
09:00
The top half of the screen is still black and captioned “Sleeping.”
Lewis is still in his office. He looks a little bit bored, though clearly trying to fake an interested face for the photo. He’s sipping from a bottle with Almave branding, though it seems to be filled with water. The caption says, “Meetings.”
10:00
The top half of the screen is still black and captioned “Sleeping.”
Lewis is not even trying to mask the boredom now, his eyes a little tired and only a small smile at the corner of his lips. Probably because he’s almost finished with the work call. The caption still says, “Meetings.”
11:00
The top image shows Charles sitting up in bed, much the same as the last time he was on screen, though he’s now considerably more sleep-rumpled. There are some lines on his cheek from the pillow, and a flush to his skin that only comes from sleeping well in a warm bed. There is a mug full of coffee or tea on the nightstand, white enamel with what appears to be a radio message from a race printed on it. The caption reads, “Good morning!”
Lewis is sitting in what looks to be a den of some kind, and given that the same light wood accents follow through to this room, it’s safe to assume that this is his house. His hair is loose from his usual ponytail and he has his headphones on. He is holding up a book, open to somewhere around three quarters of the way through, though the front cover is obscured from the camera. The caption says, “Reading.”
12:00
Charles is sitting in what appears to be a small cafe. He is wearing a light blue Nahmias hoodie, his hair is fluffy and falling gently over his forehead. The surroundings look cozy, inviting, though discreet. He is twisted around in his chair as he takes the photo so that the table, set with a large, well balanced variety of breakfast and brunch foods, is visible. There is more food than seems likely for one person, and this is apparently confirmed by the two glasses of water on the table. The seat opposing Charles’ is vacant. In the bottom corner of the image, nestled just in frame below the table, is a navy blue jacket underneath the vacant chair. The caption says, “Brunch.”
Lewis is centre frame, he is in the same woven shirt and his hair has been pulled back into a ponytail. He is surrounded by a group of famous faces from racing in the early 2010s at a lunch. Notably, Nico Rosberg is in attendance, sitting towards the left edge of the group next to Sebastian Vettel. They have a large spread of food and two ice buckets with champagne sit at either end of their table. Everyone is smiling at the camera, which seems to have been handed off to a member of staff to take a group photo. If there was any sign of tension between Nico and Lewis, it isn’t at this particular lunch. The caption reads, “Lunch.”
13:00
The photo, which was not taken by Charles, shows that he is still at brunch, though the table has mostly been cleared. He has an espresso in front of him, his hand holding the spoon as though he had just finished stirring a sugar into the drink. He is smiling, a soft sort of smile, but his eyes are caught on something behind the camera, rather than looking at the lens. The caption says, “Brunch.”
This time, Lewis is the one taking the photo again. The photo shows him, Sebastian and Jensen Button, gathered in close to all fit into the frame. The background — what is visible of it — shows that they are still at the same restaurant that their last photo was taken in. The lighting is cool and even. An arm is in the background, giving Seb bunny ears. The arm is tanned and tattooed, viewers with keen eyes are able to pick out a few of Daniel Ricciardo’s tattoos visible. The caption reads, “Lunch.”
14:00
Charles is sitting in his living room again, curled up on the sofa. He’s wearing his glasses, a bandana, and he has changed into a different, older and well-loved black hoodie. There is a blurry tuft of golden fur in the bottom of the frame, where Leo is darting up into frame. Charles is laughing, tilting his head out of the way of Leo’s tongue. He’s holding a book in his free hand, though he seems to have lost his page as Leo clambers for his attention. The book’s cover is not quite visible, hidden behind an excitable dog. The caption says, “Attempting to read.”
The photo is not taken by Lewis. Instead, it captures Lewis standing in the middle of a white backdrop, a few lights and cameras all pointed at him as he poses. His twists are loose from the ponytail. He’s wearing a long coat over top of a perfectly tailored suit. His tie is Ferrari red and has been wired into a wind-blown pose. He has one hand on his hip, holding the coat open to see the suit beneath. The clothing and pose, are designed to capture a surrealistic take on fashion and speed. While Lewis is still and posing, his tie is in manufactured movement flying out. The caption says, “Photoshoot.”
15:00
Charles is wearing a plain t-shirt and a cap low on his head, and he has replaced his regular glasses with sunglasses. The Monaco marina is just visible in the background, busy and bustling with life. He has angled the camera to show Leo’s leash in his hand, though the little dog has run far enough ahead that he is out of frame. Charles’ shadow is stretching ahead of him as he walks, and there is a hint of a second shadow walking next to him, though it is mostly out of frame. The caption says, “Walking Leo.”
Lewis is taking the photo this time. He’s sitting in a makeup chair, a brush dusting a powder onto his cheek. His clothing has changed, where he was wearing a full suit, he now sits in a burgundy silk shirt, though he has a black towel curled around his neck and over his shoulders to protect from any makeup falling. The text still says, “Photoshoot.”
16:00
Charles is back in his home, sitting in an office. The room is cozy, low lighting and a big dark wood bookshelf against the back wall. There is a couch under the window, a deep burnt orange colour and covered in pillows. His own chair is a sturdy leather, plush and clearly expensive. Everything about Charles’ house that has been seen in the background of pictures so far show a home that is thoughtfully decorated, lived in and homely, something built and designed with care. He has his hoodie, bandana and glasses back on, Airpods in his ears. The caption says, “Meetings.”
Lewis has a long tan coat on over top of a linen shirt. He has sunglasses pushed up into his hair. He is walking through a gallery of paintings, all incredibly large and expensive. There are a few plinths that hold sculptures of various material. The caption says, “Art shopping.”
17:00
Charles is still in his office, his Airpods still in, his eyes a little more glazed over than the last photo. Nothing has changed from that image to this one, except for a blurry figure in the background. Face obscured by a hood, the figure is lying on the couch, covered by a blanket, laptop resting on their bent knees. The figure appears to be masculine in build, though they are too far from the camera and too blurred to be sure. The text reads, “Meetings.”
Lewis is standing on a small platform. He is wearing what looks to be the beginning stages of a custom garment, held together with pins and basting stitches. He is grinning, maybe the happiest he’s appeared in any of the photos bar the F1 catch-up lunch. The text reads. “Tailoring appointment.”
18:00
Charles is still sitting in his office chair, though at a considerable more slumped angle than before. His chin is resting in his hand, the collar of his hoodie askew. The figure is no longer in the background. The text reads, “Meetings.”
Lewis is back in his home. He has a stack of LH44 caps on the desk next to him and a sharpie in his hand. The caption says, “Merch Signing.”
19:00
Sitting at a dark wood table, Charles has a plate of pasta with chicken in front of him. Through an archway, the blurred background shapes of a kitchen can be made out. Although probably not exactly diet-approved, the pasta looks well rounded and nutritious; homemade if the clutter in the kitchen can be believed. He has a glass of white wine next to him, hand reaching out for the stem. He has not taken this photo, and is smiling serenely. He is looking at the lens this time. He is still dressed in his comfy clothing. The caption reads, “Dinner.”
Lewis has a plate, a glass filled with an amber liquid and a book in front of him. There is a bottle of Almave visible toward the right side of the frame. His book is open, held open by Lewis’ hand, which is also holding an empty fork. The caption says, “Dinner.”
20:00
Charles has twisted in his seat so that the selfie he has taken shows him sitting in his lounge, TV on to a match of FIFA. He has a controller loosely held in his hand. Though no one else is visible, the game is clearly set up for two. One team is AS Monaco and they are losing terribly. The caption says, “Gaming.”
Lewis is back at his desk, this time a pile of folded polo shirts in front of him. He has already signed a good chunk of them, though his signed pile is still considerably smaller than his unsigned pile. The text reads, “Merch Signing.”
21:00
This photo looks entirely more candid than any of the rest. Charles is staring at the screen with unwavering focus as his hands gently turn the wheel. His left leg is in motion, as though he had just released a pedal. He is going around the COTA circuit. The text says, “On the Sim.”
Lewis is standing in the doorway of a room. He has his hand on the light switch. The photo does not show into his bedroom, and the hallway behind him is only just illuminated by the residual light of the room he’s standing in. There is the shadow of a long table against the opposite wall, and a painting hangs above it though it is not clear what it depicts. The caption says, “Bed time.”
22:00
Charles is cozied up in his lounge, a fuzzy through blanket wrapped around his shoulders. He has a bowl of popcorn on his lap. There is an arm thrown over the back of the couch around Charles, though it is barely visible in frame and covered mostly by the blanket. The text says, “Watching a movie.”
The bottom half of the screen is black, and the caption once again says, “Sleeping.”
23:00
Charles has taken this photo in the mirror. He has a toothbrush in his mouth, and the hoodie has been removed to show the soft white t-shirt. He is wearing plain black boxer shorts underneath. His bandana has been pushed up further into his hair to push it all out of his face. There are some bottles of fancy face products visible on the counter, a pot of moisturiser has the lid still off. The caption reads, “Getting ready for bed.”
The bottom half of the screen is still black and captioned “Sleeping.”
00:00
Charles is sitting in his bed again, he has his glasses on and a bandana pushing his hair out of his face. The frame is brighter than its counterpart from the beginning of the video, implying that both bedside lamps are on instead of just the one on Charles’ side of the bed. The covers aren’t as visible in this image, but this time it is obvious someone else is in the bed, as an arm is just visible in the left hand side of the frame. From what the image shows, the arm is pale and well defined, a few freckles and moles dotting the skin. The caption reads, “Bed time.”
The bottom half of the screen is still black and captioned “Sleeping.”
The caption reads: Come along on a Day in the Life of Ferrari’s star drivers during the off season. 💭]

[Posted 12 hours after the initial Ferrari video post, a 6 image carousel posted by @charles_leclerc to instagram.
The first image is the first selfie of Charles from the video.
The second image is a picture of Charles’ hand holding a nice, expensive but small digital camera. This photo is lower in quality, taken by Charles’ phone.
The third is a picture of the mug that was seen on the nightstand at 11 am. It has a Red Bull Racing radio message printed on it, “There’s your man ahead of you. Gap 21.9. Let’s go, this is why we come racing.” Not, as previously assumed, the famous “Must be the water.” radio message.
The fourth image is a photo of Leo running ahead on a long, red lead. The photo shows the shadow of Charles and another person of similar height and build. The other person must be the one holding Leo’s lead, as their shadows show that Charles and this person are holding hands.
The fifth is a top down photo of the cafe table that was visible in Charles’ 12 pm image. It is set for two; a glass of juice on the side closest to the camera, definitely not diet-approved pancakes, a more well-rounded eggs benedict. On the opposing side of the table, there is an arm resting at the edge. This arm has the bottom of t-shirt sleeve only just visible before the frame cuts off, and a large, expensive watch strapped around the wrist. The watch is identical to one that Red Bull driver Max Verstappen has been photographed wearing.
The sixth image is a blurry close up of Charles and another person, seemingly taken during a lot of movement. The image is poorly framed, and noticeably lower quality than the other photos — as though take on a phone camera for personal reasons, rather than the digital camera given to him for the video. His nose is scrunched and eyes closed as he laughs. The back of a head is visible, the face of whoever this person is pressed up close to kiss Charles’ cheek. Charles has his free hand in the short, blond hair of the person. Through the strands, a silver band inlaid with a ring of diamonds is visible on his wedding finger.

The first image is white text on a blurred background of red and blue.
The second image is a screenshot from the infamous inchident video.
The remaining photos are pictures of Charles and Max sharing moments in the paddock, on track, or on the podium, with the penultimate photo being of Austria 2022. The final image is of Charles and Max. They are both wearing nice linen shirts. They are on an outdoor patio overlooking the ocean, there is a bokeh of fairy lights around them in the softly blurred background. They have their arms around one another, Charles’ hand on Max’s cheek as their foreheads resting together. Charles’ ring finger has a diamond engagement ring resting on it. They are both smiling, and Charles has visible tear tracks on his face.
The text from the first slide reads:
We are delighted to announce the relationship and upcoming marriage of our two drivers Charles Leclerc and Max Verstappen.
Our teams pride ourselves on promoting an accepting environment for everyone; drivers, engineers, fans alike. Racing has always been, should always be, and will continue to be a sport for everyone. Choosing to be brave in the face of the uncertain is the ethos of a racing driver, and today proves that Charles and Max are able to be brave to the highest degree. Sharing something as personal and private as the relationship they have built is no easy feat, and we commend and support the two of them as they step forward into a new, open era of racing.
Together.
While Ferrari and Red Bull will remain competitors on track, we are excited to see what comes of this new partnership, and we wish Charles and Max all the best in their exciting future.
