Yuu was chatting with deuce and ace during lunch when it happened, they were discussing the assignment professor trien had given the class when out of nowhere a wave of exhaustion dragged them down, as he fell back out of his seat he could see grim fast asleep, deuce and ace following after.

Yuu groaned, feeling someone poking him with their foot, he turned to the side, trying to ignore the pounding headache killing him. “This is no time for a nap yuu. Get up.” yuu heard someone say, not able to make the voice out.
He brought his hand to his head, rubbing between his eyes in hopes of making the ache go away. “HEEELLLOOO NRC students and faculty!! And Sam!” yuu shot up fast, giving himself a wave of dizziness, the voice shocked him wide awake.
He looked around, suddenly noticing how he was in some unknown room, it looked to be a cinema, filled with a variety of seats, pillows and blankets, all different sizes and shapes. There were no doors that they could see, or windows.
Everyone had a face of shock, fear, a smile (lilia, kalim, rook…) or just confusion. There were speakers around the room, a large tv hung down at what looked to be the front. A few people were already laying on the seats, or floor.
the screen lit up showing someone with shoulder length hair that was dyed red at the front, jewelry hanging from their neck and ears eyes running over them with confusion on their face it seemed, ” Hello… may i ask your name? And why are we here please?” a deep voice said, it was lilia, he was standing next to malleus tensed, silver seemed to be near falling asleep again, sebek looked about ready to fight.
Everyone waited for a response when noise sounded Out again, “hmm, is it on? I can’t tell, Can you all see and hear me now?” the person's head tilted to the side in a questioning manner. Crowley stood near the other faculty, Cain griped tight to the point it seemed it would crack.
“Yes. we can see and hear you.” professor crewel spoke up, standing with the other adults in the room. “Oh! Good good!! Well hello NRC, you can call me VJ, vic, or whatever ya want!” as if a after thought the person on screen added “just not any slurs please.” a smile was on the persons face eyes roaming around them all as if doing a head count.
“and why are we here?” vil crooked a neat brow at the person. “Oh! Yeah! You're all here to react to shit!” everyone stared at VJ with either confusion, curiosity, or wonder at what they said. “What do you mean by…react to “shit”” yuu heard idia’s tablet respond.
“Aaas iiin, you'll react to stuff that have happened to you all, other perspectives of stuff that has happened, and so on!” vj clapped their hands together smiling, they held a hand up with a tilt of their head they listed off with their fingers saying "you'll watch the past, present, and just maybe the future! Hehe”
Everyone stood still, staring at vj on the screen, “and why should we do that?” Leona’s voice sounded out between them all glaring at the screen, they just grinned at him though "well you don't have a choice! And you can't use magic to escape, i put a limit on the spells you can and can't use, depending on if it's harmful or not and what it does!”
“I don't think it'll be that bad guys! It might even be fun!!” kalim ever the optimist said his red eyes glancing around. “We don't have time to just watch some videos or whatever, there's classes, lives, some of us have jobs.” professor trein said, holding lucius carefully, looking stern as usual.
“Weeellll, in you guys'es world time is frozen, so you can be here for however long, and you won't age any till you go back to yalls world! Aint that great!” vj rested their cheek on the palm of there hand, gazing down at them. “Theyre right, neither of us-” lilia gestured to himself and malleus “-can teleport out of here, every time i try i just end up in a different area.”
“Here, gimmie just a min” they stood up moving out of frame,”what, you gonna let us loose?” ace said glaring at the screen.
They all heard a loud “nope!!” come out answering ace’s question. A dim flash of light showed up in front of them and now stood the person who was on screen, vj. They smiled at them and waved, acting as if they didn't just kidnap them all.
“Look, im doing this so you can get to know each other and HEAL” they emphasized on heal, giving them all a pointed look "there are rooms for each of you all, the first years, second years, third years, and then a room for the faculty. Along with that, there is a kitchen that has a few doors connected to it that leads to a gym and some entertainment stuff. It'll be fine I promise.”
kalim was bounding with energy, while jamil stood right next to him, azul and the twins were right next to them. The first years had all levitated towards one another, rook stood tall with vil, leona laid on a beanbag chair, not caring at all, while ruggie had a wide grin on his face yet was nervous. The diacomia group minus sebek stood next to eachother, lilia levitating off the floor, silver barely staying awake, and malleus watching carefully and curiously.
The faculty, trein, crewel, vargas, and crowley all stood near a long couch, watching everything happen, ready to fight and defend the students. Sam though stood lazily, while his eyes remained sharp, calculating everything.
Crowley didn’t know what this person wanted and didn’t care what they said, they just knew above anything he would protect these kids. His knocked white grip on his Cain kept him from snapping at someone or something, he was allowing the others to handle the situation due to the fact he’s already tried to leave with magic and failed, and he knew if he talked he’d say something rather….vulgar to say the least.
“Look, please just trust me when i say this'll help, a lot. You all have issues and need some dam help, so take it. Now! I'll let you all get settled around, you can explore, but please be back in about 2 hours!” you could hear a bunch of different reactions to that, a few just stood there, watching as vj disappeared, some ran off to explore, and others went looking for the room they'd be sleeping in.
“My-eorw this sucks, i demand tuna for this!” yuu chuckled at how grim had just now started talking, and with the usual of wanting tuna, “maybe later grimm, just not now, we should check out the room were staying in.” he responded. Epel and jack walked up to the four standing together, “mind if we join you? Since they said we'd be in a room together” epel said, hands behind hes back, jack stood next to him arms crossed and looking at them. “Sure!” yuu answered.
They all walked around until they came across a room in the bottom left of the tv that said first years on it, yuu looked back at them, grimm on his shoulders and the rest waiting for him to open the door, he sighed “welp, if we die we die.” yuu said in a monotone voice, causing a few to snort or laugh.
The door swung open, yuu walking in with the rest behind, the room they walked into was a lounge room with a tv on the wall, ace walked to the next door right behind the couch, opening it he yelled to the other “hey look! theres beds in here, and This one has a heart on it, and it's practically themed after me.” ace said.
“This one has a bunch of apples and an apple plush on it, must be mine.” epel sat on the bed.
“I guess this ones mine.” Jack eyed the cacti themed bed.
“Mines right above ace” deuces bed was themed in dark blues and spades.
“That must be sebeks. Considering it has a dragon plush and is filled with greens on it.” ace said snickering.
“This must be mine, considering it's a charging station!” ortho said looking at the chagring station in the far corner at the end of adeuces bed.
The beds were all neat, epels bed above jack, across from them were ace and deuces bunk bed. Grim had a small bed for himself in the corner that was even with yuu’s bed that was in the corner, pillow next to the edge of aces bed, right next to each other. Sebek's bed was across from yuu’s, faced the same but head area near jacks head. The place was huge.
ace sat down next do deuce on the bottom bunk across from epel and Jack who were sitting close together, deuce rested he's head on aces shoulder, yuu sat on the other side of epel, head laying in jacks lap. the first years started dating a month and a half ago, and have gone on many dates since, getting even more close then before. they all have gotten used to cudling up together to the point its become a unconscious thing amongst them, even sebek sometimes.
The area was relatively nice, the bathroom had all of their usual products and items they used. The kitchen had anything and everything, an endless amount of stuff. they're was a closet right next to the bathroom door, filled with different clothes of theirs, each they're own style, and the lounge had a comfort aroma to it. It was nice, felt homey even.

The faculty were in the room they would stay in, discussing what they'd do, coming to the conclusion they'll just have to go through with it and wait. considering that they had no way of leaving, they all sat in they're own room chatting amongst each other. idia was in the game room looking around, ortho having gone with the first years, he noticed how the room might be most used considering all the entertainment stuff.
An area at the corner was filled with board and card games, a note on top stating to just request out loud for anything.
Azul and jade were walking together exploring, considering that floyd had walked off on his own.the two saw jamil up ahead chatting with silver it seemed, the silver haired boy seemed to be awake for one, “hello you two, how is it going?” Azul smiled at them, the one he normally used when making small talk.
Jamil and Silver looked at the two mer’s, “its going okay, somehow i havent fallen asleep yet, me and jamil think it might have to do with that vj person doing magic to help or something.” Silver said, jamil nodded to them.
“That would make sense, yes.” Jade said, a hand on his chin seemingly in thought.
“ONE HOUR LEFT GUYYSSS !!!” the room they were in the speakers announced. Over with leona and ruggie it was quieter, more mindful of their hearing “ugh, can a guy not nap anywhere” leona grumbled, ruggies signature laugh sounding out next to him “shishishi, should probably go ahead and head to the “reaction room”” ruggie said, putting air quests around reaction room.
All around others seemingly had the same idea, heading for the reaction room, some with snacks, others with blankets and pillows that were in a corner, the few that had gone to their room were changed, having found the wardrobes in their room.
