Prussia sat excitedly in the stands. Birdie was playing today! He smiled and stared off at the field as he waited for the came to start.
***
Prussia frowned, that was a valid yellow card, but he didn’t like that it was against Birdie’s team.
***
Prussia groaned and slumped in his seat as he saw Bosnia score, it was a stupid score. So obvious and easy. No one was even on the guy!
He then cringed as Bosnia got a free kick.
***
“That’s meant to be a yellow card. He shoved him,” Prussia quietly muttered to himself.
***
Prussia burst into laughter as he cheered when he caught the ball. He quickly took a picture of him holding the ball before he hucked it back to the game. He saw Canada laughing and waved at him.
***
“Yellow card! Finally.”
He sat on the edge of his seat and smiled to himself when Bosnia got a second one.
***
He groaned to himself when half-time was called. Birdie was losing! He frowned. Oh. how much he wanted to jump in and play. But no. He had to wait for his game in two days.
He quickly refilled his water bottle and sat back down, waiting for the game to continue.
***
As much as Prussia didn’t like that the Canadians were losing, he still had a heart.
“Please say that their keeper is okay.” Prussia prayed.
***
Prussia’s jaw dropped as he saw how the ball bounced off of the top post. “Come on! That was such a good set up and everything!”
***
Prussia jumped on his seat, “YEAHHH GOO BIRDIE!!!!!” Prussia screamed as they got a goal.
Prussia quickly whipped out his phone and excitedly texted gibberish to Germany.
***
“Come on!!!! That was so close!”
***
“Tie!?!?!” Prussia said before shrugging, “Eh, at least they didn’t lose.” Prussia quickly packed things up and left for their car.
***
Canada sighed as he shut the passenger door of the car. He rested his head on the dashboard. He felt a hand rub circles onto his back.
“At least you didn’t lose,” The familiar German accent soothingly said.
Canada turned his head to glare at him, “Wow. Thanks.”
The albino raised his hands in surrender, “I was trying to be helpful!”
Canada shook his head and set it back onto the dashboard, “Just take me home. I’m tired.”
“Alright, could I have the keys?”
Canada groaned and shuffled through his bag to hand them to him.
Prussia smiled at him as he started the car, “Take a nap while I drive, I remember how to get there.”
“Don’t get pulled over, I don’t want to deal with the paperwork.”
“I will, I will. No need to go all motherhen over me. I’ll be fine. Nap.”
Canada yawned, “Fine.” Then he shut his eyes and fell asleep.
***
When Canada woke up, he wasn’t in his car. He was laying down on his couch, with a nice aroma filling the room.
Canada groaned as he sat up, “Prussia?”
Prussia entered the room, “Yeah?”
“Wh-what are you wearing?”
Prussia’s face went red, “Uh, an apron. I’ve been cooking, I didn’t want to ruin my awesome clothes.”
“That’s my apron, you know that right?”
“I know. I just wanted to cook something.” His face seemed to light up, “One minute.” Prussia quickly left. When he came back he was holding a steaming cup.
“What is it?”
“Hot chocolate, France taught me how to make it a couple centuries ago. Here.” Prussia handed him the cup and then returned to the kitchen.
“What are you doing in there?” Canada called after he drank some of the hot chocolate.
“Stay in there! I’m making you a surprise!” Prussia yelled.
“Don’t mess up my kitchen.”
“What do you take me for? British?”
Canada chuckled and set the mug down, “No.”
Soon, like three minutes later, Prussia left the kitchen with a plate full of pancakes, and a thing of maple syrup was barely hanging onto his pinky.
“Tada!” Prussia set them on the table and hucked his apron onto the nearby chair, “I found the recipe in one of your multiple cookbooks and decided that since you did awesome today, I’d make it.”
Canada was speechless. He quickly pulled Prussia down and kissed him. It was pretty or anything. It was actually kind of awkward, but it was their first time on the lips. They had always done some on the cheeks or a few times on the knuckles. But this…
Prussia was the first to pull away. His face had so many emotions going through it, it was almost funny.
Prussia’s hand slowly made its way to his lips, “That… was a amazing.”
Canada smiled at him, “Was it okay?”
Prussia looked surprised before a small smile came onto his face, “Hm… I’m not sure. Kiss me again to see?”
Canada laughed, “Hmmmm, why not after my amazing dinner that you made me?”
Prussia pouted but kissed his cheek, “Fine. But you better feel awesome, because I’m so freaking proud of you.”
“I love you Prussia.”
“Love you too Birdie.”
