Work Text:
Prussia stared at the blank wall. He had normally liked it that way, it was clean and orderly. But now that he has met Canada, something inside of him shifted slightly.
Yes, he would always be a neat freak.
Yes, he would always be awkward with anything that wasn’t war.
But those were part of his genes. It was obvious since Germany was just like that.
But he’s started doing things that he would never imagine doing before.
At first it was leaving the kitchen with a small mess. Then it was not doing his paperwork the second it was assigned. Then he stopped creating schedules that tracked his life down to the minute.
And at first he felt scared.
But as time went on, he started to get happier. He was more spontaneous, His smile started to shine like it did back when he was the Teutonic Knights.
Prussia turned to look at the photo of Canada he had by his bedside before looking back at the wall. Then he grabbed his phone and texted Italy, hoping that he would say.
Hey Ita? Can I use some paints? My rooms looking a bit bland.
