Summary
This work is a series of quiet moments between Akechi Goro and Amamiya Ren, set in the uneasy space between confession and collapse.
After the rank 8 confidant event and before the end of Sae’s palace, the two settle into something resembling domesticity. They share coffee, late nights, and unspoken moments under the stars. Still, the weight of their fates hangs over their heads, making every moment fragile. If collapse is imminent, how do we spend the time we have left? This is a story about restraint, performance, and what it means to be seen without being saved.
(AS OF FEB 5, 2026, THE ENTIRE WORK HAS BEEN SIGNIFICANTLY EDITED. IF YOU ENJOYED THE FIRST DRAFT, PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT THE CURRENT VERSION. I PROMISE IT IS MUCH BETTER.)

Summary
Heart work in mysterious ways. Even with Yaldaboath gone and the metaverse destroyed, even with Shido dead and his revenge complete, even with a husband by his side, Akechi still feels his heart quiver. One day, though, he feels it stop. His blood still pumps and he still functions fine, but the tremors are gone; the burning feeling in his hands is gone. What the hell is happening?

Summary
In the ultimate fluff piece, my favorite men decide to finally get hitched in the most "them" way possible. Other than crime, I suppose. Just a quick, pretty, happy story about shuake domestic bliss for all my other wholesome shuake fans out there (all three of us).

I'll let you decide! Ren grabs Akechi's tie and a whole host of fun things happen because of it. Namely boning. Rare Akechi on bottom.
This work happens after the end of A Heartbeat for a Tin Man, in a comfortable domestic setting. Also post canon. Also AU where Akechi lives. Just go check out A Heartbeat for a Tin Man.

Summary
Akechi has some needs that have been incredibly difficult to satisfy since the loss of the metaverse and his eye. Thus, he enlists his husband for help. It's a simple request really. Free reign over Ren's body for one hour only. Nothing to worry about ;)
Or;
Akechi fucking beats the shit out of his husband and then sucks him off.
(This story, as almost all of my Shuake stories are, is post-canon for my main fic which can be found here: https://archiveofourown.org/works/76983446/chapters/201490386)

Summary
Akechi is alive again and hoo boy is he pissed off about it. Between a future with no meaning and a past laced in failure, he might as well enjoy the present. Maybe it's finally time to shut his mouth and let actions do the talking. “I’m itching to show up a God in the wish fulfillment department."
This work is kinda cringe lol but it's my take on Third Semester given the context setup in A Heartbeat for a Tin Man. Everything from that story is the same but Akechi loses the coin flip after Engine Room and doesn't make it.

Summary
Akechi has long endured being Shido's bird: a contract killer, a celebrity, a hole. Today is no different. Nor will tomorrow be, nor the day after or the day after. "There's a reason we keep birds caged."
This story takes place four years before the beginning of Persona 5: The Royal. Do with that information what you will.

Summary
It's June 10th. You have a customer in the morning. You have a recording in the afternoon. You have to meet him a bit later. You have a murder in the evening. You have a customer in the night. You're tired; your legs hurt like hell and your stomach won't shut up, but you keep going. Remember what you promised, Goro? You'll see this through to the bitter end. It's only a matter of time.
This is a retelling of Persona 5: Royal's June 10th (aka the trip to the TV Station) through Akechi Goro's point of view. It's about his 100000 masks and the way he wears them. It is a character study and a story of how I think he viewed the events of that day— how you would view the day through red eyes. That's not to say that there's anything particularly special about it. There is nothing special about today. There will be nothing special about tomorrow. It's simply a slice of life.
Slices add up.
