Summary
His breathing was erratic now, as he bumped into a monitor next to a patients bed. His skin was fuzzy, all across his face. His vision started to cloud as he stumbled into an empty room. Ripping the curtain across the bay.
His nails digging futher and further into his skin. His pockets starting to drip with blood and he relished in the pain.
“I’m sorry, I’m sorry, I’m sorry, I’m sorry…” he mumbled, hands shaking as he collapsed. sliding down the wall of the bay. His silent tears turning into sobs as he curled in on himself.
”I-i-im sorry…” He whispered out to the empty Room. “I shouldn’t have liked it. I shouldn’t have liked it. I shouldn't have wanted him to say that again. That’s dangerous, its temptation. That’s how people fall. Please My Lord, I’m begging you. Take it away. Please God, Take this feeling away. Take me away” His Sobs drowning out his feeble voice.

Summary
Robby felt something tug in his chest. Something was screaming inside him that this poor kid had been hurt, so many times. Constantly belittled, beaten and hurt to the point where he no longer felt safe in his own body.
“Dennis, did they hurt you?” Robby asked tentatively, careful with his words.
Dennis froze, his heart rate rising, he could feel it in his throat. His looked up into the caring eyes of his attending, his lip trembling. Slowly, he nodded.
That made Robby’s heart shatter. To think that this poor boy had been hurt by those who were meant to protect him. Hurt by those who were meant to teach him about God’s love and his forgiveness. Instead they had instilled self-hatred in him. Instilled fear and pain.

Summary
Dennis pulled away violently, Stumbling backwards. “I’m sorry. I shouldn’t need help. I shouldn’t need help, i shouldn’t have - I shouldn’t have liked-”
He cut himself off, horrified at the slip. But neither man flinched. Neither man seemed to care.
Robby stepped closer, his breath gentle against Dennis’ neck as he placed a hand either side of him, warm and steady around his waist.
“Dennis-“ He said softly, smiling, “Liking that we caught you, liking that we’re here for you, isn’t a sin.”
Dennis shook his head violently, before a warning look was shot his way by Jack. His voice softened in a way that he only used when people were broken.
”Denny, it's not wrong to feel safe.”
Dennis’ breathing paused again. Safe. He didn’t know what to do with that word. He didn’t know how to hold it. He didn’t know how to believe it.

There, just try a little,” Robby said gently, “You don't have to finish it.”
Dread swallowed Dennis up. He stared at it, and shook his head.
“I’m not hungry.” his voice small, thin and scraping.
Jack frowned, “Denny.. we know you haven’t eaten all day.”
“Thankyou, but I’m fine.” Dennis swallowed. “I don't want it.” His voice grew harder.
Robby tried again, even gentler, “You don't have to eat much. Just a sip.”
Dennis pulled the blanket tighter, bringing his shaky legs into his chest, slightly pulling forwards as he began to rock.
“No. I cant, please don't make me.” His voice whined in desperation and his eyes filled.
