A leaked, heavily redacted copy of the Raiders' joke "truce" letter to Montreal, paired with photos of their drunken night of bonding out at a club, has the entire public convinced that the Montreal-Boston playoff series is a multi-million-dollar fraud — and that Ilya and Shane are two of the masterminds behind it.
