Boy grew up knowing that he was different. He grew up knowing he was a freak, and people would always be there to push him down. Boy knew that people were dangerous, he knew deep down they could only mean trouble. That’s why it just didn’t make sense when he was approached by a strange old man, with a large beard and a sharp grinhey everyone, this is my first time writing any fanfiction and therefore will probably be all over the place.
this story will be split in two kind of ways, we will be talking about one character for ages, then another. eventually they will meet and then our story will truly begin.

Summary
Set a little bit after the tournament. Someway, somehow, FlameFrags' body confuses Wemmbu for his mate. They are nowhere near this kind of relationship, seeing as Wemmbu is still quite bitter about losing, and FlameFrags doesn't dare to admit his feelings for the Endling. Thanks to his body's last-ditch effort to attract his 'mate,' FlameFrags is sent into an extreme rut where only said person can help him out.
Wemmbu comes searching for him, ready with his quips and sharp words, only to find FlameFrags in a position he just can't leave him in. The consequences of his actions, little does FlameFrags know, there was a reason...Boundary Breaking, this fic is adequately tagged, so you were looking for this!

A sharp, sarcastic laugh popped out of Wemmbu’s throat. He masked it instantly behind a glare. "Thirty points? Against Strength? Their defense is literally all seven-foot wolf hybrids, Flame. You're gonna get carried off on a stretcher."
"Then you got nothing to lose, right?" Flame challenged, his head tilting, his voice getting into that smooth, low tone that always messed with Wemmbu’s head. "Unless you're scared I'll actually do it."
"Thirty is a joke," Wemmbu said, stepping closer until his chest was almost touching Flame’s jersey, his violet hair shifting over his shoulder. "Make it forty. You drop forty points on Strength U's court, and I’ll consider it. But when you fail, you leave me alone for the rest of the semester."
"Forty," Flame whispered, his voice thick. He took his hand off the wall and held it out between them. "Deal."
OR
At Unstable University, Flamefrags is a cocky basketball star who won't stop shamelessly flirting, while Wemmbu is a proud volleyball player who refuses to admit the guy actually flusters him. Everybody seems to have opinions.
