One become a Robin.
The other became a ghost. A Fright Night Ghost.
Perhaps one day they will see each other again.

Summary
The GIW destroyed everything and everyone in Amity Park trying to obtain Danny Phantom. Both portals were destroyed to stop ghosts from going in and coming out. Danny unable to get himself to leave his old haunt stays in the crumbling town alone. After the incident, Phantom stops turning human and accepts that he'll be alone till the end of time.
The Justice League hear about an abandoned, destroyed town outside the town of Elmerton in Illinois. Sending out Batman and Superman to investigate and to see why they were never aware that an entire town was destroyed without them knowing. Especially when it was 1 year ago, and are only getting calls now.
They meet a tired Phantom and wish to help him while not knowing anything about him or what he is. Hoping they can give him a happy life (or after-life).

“Tim…He liked to be called Tim,” his son said except that wasn’t his son’s smile.
That wasn’t Bruce’s son at all.
The puddle of blood was too big. Tim’s skin was concerningly pale even in dim lighting. The blood on his hands looked dry. The side of his uniform was darker than it should have been. The sigil on the ground hummed with power, not letting anyone pass even after those who drew it and chanted had been dealt with.
The summoning was still in effect.
His son was dead.
tldr; Tim as Red Robin was killed when being sacrificed to summon Danny who was forced into his body.

But the one thing he finds is someone who's clearly a drug dealer. He's been Spidey for long enough that he can see the signs from a mile away. But apparently not long enough to withstand the crave for release.
Peter knows what drugs do to people; they ruin lives and destroy families.
He's seen the effects too many times to count and yet here he is contemplating talking to him. But maybe Peter is allowed to be weak sometimes. Give in to his desires from time to time. After all, he only wants to get something to numb the pain so he can do his spidey work. He won't get addicted because he's only going to use it to help himself get back on his feet.
Just until the wound heals.or
Peter's double life is taking a toll on him and a bullet wound is all it takes for him to tumble.

When he begins uploading videos with advice for young heroes, he hopes a few new heroes might avoid some of the pain he went through. He's shocked at just how popular his advice suddenly becomes.

The last thing Peter sees is Tony's horrified, heartbroken expression leaning over him. The guilt in his eyes is almost worse than the burning pain that's taking Peter apart piece by piece. The world starts to go dark.
There's a flash of gold and green. For one moment, he finds himself standing amongst the Guardians and others. And then darkness again. It feels like blinking; an extended period of nothingness that ends as abruptly as it begins. One moment there’s nothing, the next there’s light.

In 3 minutes, the Batclan lost their brother, pseudo-father, and hero.
The hero community will never forget those 3 minutes. Partly because no one could prove what happened and what didn't. The only thing they can prove is that Deathstroke shot the one Robin he swore to never harm.5 years later:
Talon is breaking, and he knows it. Some days he wakes up as Dick, others as Richard, and some as Nightwing....or is it Robin?He can't sleep, can't eat, he doesn't know if he needs to find his Master or remember the last mission instructions from his Grand Master.
The only thing he does know is that the infamous Batclan's presence gives him a migraine, especially the RedHood.
