Fyodor is a traveling priest whose boat is overrun by the infamous Dead Souls, a pirate crew of vicious outlaws and runaways. Their eccentric captain, Nikolai, has a notorious penchant for leaving no prisoners alive. However, rumors of a revolution plunge them into a brewing storm where nothing is certain. War threatens the shore, but greed infests the sea. In a turn of fate, an unlikely alliance is struck, and a bond more treacherous than the tide is forged.

He's led their space program since its inception. But his career takes a nosedive after Jazz, one of their best mech pilots, vanishes during MECHA's very first space mission, and his boss decides his talents are no longer necessary.
If he's going to survive, he'll need a lot of help. And if that help comes in the form of a giant robot from space that predates human civilization, who the hell is he to complain?

When the Earth is attacked by an unknown alien threat, for decades they take the fight on their soil, eventually they decide to take the fight to everyone else.
Arcturus is the name of the missions of sending Mechs and their Pilots into space to fight the aliens trying to destroy humanity, Arcturus One is consisting of four pilots; Hound, Breakdown, Sunstreaker and Sideswipe. Their mission? Find the alien homeworld and blow it to pieces.
It wouldn’t hurt to recover a previously lost mech either, if it was taken for study by the aliens.

Brainstorm is handsome, brilliant, and undoubtedly courageous! A mech of supreme confidence, perfectly capable of giving and receiving affection—obviously. It’s just that... well, he wasn’t exactly prepared to receive it at certain moments. Specifically from his handsome-stunning-loving conjunx-to-be. He’s totally used to affection, really! He just—might need a moment (or several) to process the way Perceptor touches him like it’s nothing out of the ordinary. But eventually—once he has conquered this fluffy and weird feeling—he’ll show Perceptor who the big mech here really is. ...Any moment now.
Perhaps after a few recharges—just to be sure?(Or: A handful of times when Brainstorm found it very hard to accept love.)

“Percy! Hi!” Brainstorm’s voice is a note too high, just a hint too desperate, for the attempt at casual he’s clearly trying for. He turns, leaning on the window like he wasn’t just trying to pull it open, and incidentally proving Perceptor’s speculation behind the reasons for all of this correct in the process. “I’m just, uh… testing the, uh…”
He looks around the room like it’ll give him an excuse, but there isn’t one to be found. Hesitantly, Perceptor takes a step toward him, but stops when it makes Brainstorm balk like a trapped animal. “Brainstorm. Tell me why you’re bleeding.”
Brainstorm's latest invention puts him in a rough spot; go to the medics for help and have his recently-lax freedoms restricted for committing science unsupervised in his habsuite, or let Perceptor help him instead, when said help just so happens to require baring his spark.
