Summary
Inside the crawlspace sat a young child. Dedue could only see their outline in the shadows, but could tell that they had curled up with their knees against their chest. Wide eyes nervously stared back at Dedue; they could make out that he was there, but could not distinguish him otherwise.
Dedue continued to lower himself towards the ground, slightly moving forward. The child visibly flinched, so Dedue carefully set his weapon aside to display his empty hands. “It’s okay. I am here to help. I will not hurt you,” he said, using the softest voice he could muster.
Dedue and the Duscur group who saved him travel to a Duscur settlement that is under attack by bandits. By helping a boy find his mother, he brings about an unexpected reunion.

Summary
As nighttime settles in, Dimitri fidgets ever closer towards Dedue, eventually turning face-to-face as he cautiously slides his hands up Dedue’s arms. Though the movement is underlined with hesitance, he meets Dedue’s eyes evenly. “I apologize for asking, but… might I try something a bit unorthodox?”
“Of course,” Dedue says, his heart thrumming a touch fiercer against his chest. “Anything.”
In a spare moment on the day Dedue returns to Dimitri, a simple gesture unearths stronger feelings in due time.

If you have trouble sleeping, I will lend you my ear. It’s not the first time Dedue has said it, and Dimitri is starting to suspect it won’t be the last. Perhaps he should not have brought up that time they spent together as children, side by side in the dark, fingers laced together under the covers as Dimitri rambled nonsense at him until he fell asleep.
Dedue keeps offering to come to bed with Dimitri to help him sleep. What happens when he finally takes him up on it?

Mettaton clutched Tenna’s hand like his life depended on it. The pink in his cheeks deepened in saturation. “What if it takes me forever to get it right?”
“Then I guess I’ll be working forever and a day, huh?”
After acquiring a corporeal body in the Dark World, Mettaton yearns to put his new legs to good use. Quite the tall order, considering he doesn’t know how, but Tenna is more happy to teach him, no matter how long it takes.
Or 5 times Mettaton is swept off his feet and 1 time Tenna is instead.
