Atsushi is not prepared for Kunikida to mutter in barely contained horror, “He’s called the Horny Dog of the Port Mafia.”
Atsushi stares at the picture of a Victorian emo kid who has somehow made it to the 21st century. He looks back to Kunikida.
“Wh – why is he called that?”
From one table down, Dazai warns, “Don’t let him get you, Atsushi. If he gets you he’ll threaten to peg you.”
“Don’t you mean he’ll threaten to kill me?”
Kunikida shudders. “I wish he did that instead.”

Summary
When Atsushi first moved into the apartment, he had ignored the warnings of both the real estate agent and the bizarre happenings that occured in the apartment. He had never thought for even a second that moving in would lead him to this. This, being on the verge of falling in love with a ghost that was both prickly and attentive, insufferable and so, so sweet at the same time.
Did Atsushi mention the fact that Akutagawa was a ghost? A ghost as in he died decades ago, his spirit hanging around for some obscure reason while Atsushi couldn't help but pine over him despite the distance between life and death.
