Dan Heng furrowed his brows. Why was Stelle so insistent on this?
“You should use the coupon yourself. I’ll go to the archives—”
In a flash, Stelle grabbed Dan Heng’s shoulders in a vice grip, her eyes twitching uncontrollably as she started pushing him toward the exit of the Express. “You need to go.”

Kafka might be mistaken, but she’s pretty sure a light blush is dusted over Mr. Yang’s cheeks. “About that… Dan Heng seems to be in some kind of… estrus state, which to my knowledge is not something Vidyadhara typically experience. It seems to have something to do with a quantum injury he sustained earlier today while fighting the Antimatter Legion.”
Blade’s struggling temporarily slows down as he processes the words. “Estrus?”
“Heat,” Kafka drawls. Mr. Yang nods, confirming her suspicion, and she giggles. “Wow, Bladie, he really does need your help.”
“Gross,” Silver Wolf says.

If Dan Heng had a nickel for every time an abomination of Abundance walked in on him getting his pussy eaten, he'd have two nickels. Not a lot, but disturbing that it’s happened twice.
”Gnh, Ren — Ren, stop, they’re—”
Ren pulls away with a mournful noise and glares at the twisted beings racing down the hallway towards them. He stands up and draws his sword as Dan Heng refastens his pants and tries to stop the way his legs are shaking.
He does look a little more lucid, Dan Heng thinks, blushing furiously as he watches Ren wipe his mouth off with his free hand then lick the mess off of his fingers. Seems like this really does work to calm him down…
