“I’m Matteo. I have no idea why I said I’m gay. I mean, I am, but that's irrelevant” He had started to ramble, but caught himself before he said too much.
David laughed. It was a beautiful sound. “Good to know.” Then he winked so quickly that Matteo almost missed it. “If you are looking for anything in particular, just let me know.”
Matteo and David meet in a bookstore after Matteo leaves a party. Matteo is a mess and David seems cool and collected.

Summary
He just observed the soft-spoken boy at the backmost row at Laura’s show in Berlin, who was a sea of calm as he directed various backstage sound technicians and mixers through his headset, all the while manning a rig himself, making sure the audio side of things of the gig worked without a hitch.
The boy with a mop of messy blond hair with a headphone pressed over it and piercing blue stormy-sea eyes so focused on his surroundings and signaling for the technicians to react to whatever is happening on stage.
The blond hair and the blue eyes that he wants to lose himself in. He shakes his head and tries to get that face out of his head.
He collects himself quickly though, coughs, and say “Thank you, Matteo. Have a nice day”

A Photographer AU that goes through the years with David Schreibner, a budding film-school student and sister of renowned photographer Laura Schreibner ; and Matteo Florenzi, a model with rapidly rising fame.--
Just as he nears the café that he used to go to sometimes when he was a high school student, he sees a figure sitting on the windowsill inside. It is really nothing out of the ordinary, really. David even used to sit there like this person is doing right now, watching the outside world going on with their lives. The person who is doing this now, however, catches his attention.
A boy with a blond mop of hair, pale skin and piercing blue eyes. The boy is dressed in grey tracksuit and bottoms, with a dirty green hoodie worn underneath it. He has a face that is so sad and mysterious, and is staring out of the window blankly, as if the skies have the answer to life’s most difficult questions. David wants to know why this boy is so sad, and why there is an aura of intrigue behind this face. He wants to touch his hair and his face…

"He choked when he saw the guy who had been leaning against the wall, Hot Mystery Dude, was walking up to Jacob, shaking his hand and grinning a grin so beautiful Matteo almost combusted.
Matteo had heard the expression “butterflies in the stomach” before, but figured the people who created it were wrong; he didn’t feel the gentle wings of butterflies on his insides. He felt like someone had poured bees down his throat and they were all trying to escape at once, any way they could."
Matteo abruptly needs a place to live when his dad all but drops him off the deep end. He's not thrilled about Jonas and Amira's idea of him becoming a camp counselor--until Hot Mystery Dude walks in, and Matteo might have a reason to be thrilled after all.
