Summary
Izuku's bills are past due and he can't find a stable job that will hire male omegas. His shitty cafe job doesn't make rent, let alone pay for heat aid or anxiety medication. So when he finds a job ad for a fact checker for the comic series he loved as a kid, and they don't ask for his secondary sex, he doesn't hesitate to apply to work at Dynamight Group, LLC.
Then the job he thought he was getting was changed: now he's going to be the personal assistant to the CEO. Fine, no big deal. He can handle this.
Until it turns out that the CEO is none other than Bakugo Katsuki, the alpha he bloomed for when he presented. He hasn't seen Kacchan in nearly ten years and one of the first things he does is pin Izuku to the wall.

Izuku, as the shopping bag bounced at the rhythm of his run, couldn't help but think that Kacchan had been right: at this hour, he could have been on his boyfriend's bed, sitting between Kacchan's legs.
But it had been almost a year since the war that had forced them all to grow so much, too fast. Thinking about all this, Izuku wanted to be a stupid and stubborn teenager who sneaked out of the dormitory after curfew to buy junk food.
Izuku turned into the alley without thinking about it; he was impatient to spend the evening with Kacchan and that was a shortcut: that's all.
