The Holocaust happened some years ago, humanity's last survivors now live in bunkers and shelters, most of them underground. Each of them with a specified system and hierarchy based on age, quirks, second nature, and partnership.
Todoroki Shouto was once a highly-praised hybrid and now lives as a another 23-year old alpha refugee of a B-class shelter.
Midoriya Izuku is a quirkless omega teen that was recently accepted in the B-341 shelter.
What could they have in common?

Today is the day he meets his betrothed. He will do his duty by his family. He will marry whomever they ask him to. He wonders what his family will receive in exchange; he is no longer privy to such information, but he knows it must be something very valuable. He might be an omega, but he is still a Shimada.
The alpha he is to wed is a pleasant surprise. American. Handsome. Young. He could just as easily have been an old man, or hideous, or cruel, but he is Hanzo's age, and beautiful in a rough sort of way, and he is sweetly charming even if his manners need work. He looks at Hanzo like he is also pleasantly surprised.
Hanzo wonders if someone in his family is still looking out for him, or if it is only coincidence. It would be the first time fortune has been on his side in a long while.

Draped like a goddamn dish before him was Hanzo in all his glory. Dainty feet led up to slender calves and muscular thighs, strong enough to break a man's head. His hips curved, giving him beautiful lines that went up that splendid ass and the taunt little puff of a tail and the crown of Hanzo's head, where two long, black ears draped down over his shoulders, blending in with his hair. Long, rounded-tipped ears. Two floppy, soft-furred ears.
