Summary
Ignoring his impending death from embarrassment, Colin quickly put on his hazards and got out of the car, moving to the back to remove Penelope’s suitcase from the trunk. As he joined her on the sidewalk he saw her snickering at a new sign right next to where he’d parked.
In bright blue, the sign proudly stated:
Kiss and goodbye
(No kisses above 3 minutes!)
Colin blinked at the words, reading them a few times in his head.
Penelope was still giggling when Colin’s brain simply stopped functioning and he let his mouth take over.
“Well, I guess we have to kiss.”
She blinked at him.
He gestured uselessly at the sign with one hand. “The sign. We have to kiss goodbye.”

Shaking off the daze, he becomes aware that Anthony is staring at him through the mirror pensively, eyes bobbing up and down from his chest to his eyes. “You should probably tell her you have feelings for her before you show her that.”
“Feelings?” Colin turns to look at his brother.
“You cannot be this dense, Colin,” Anthony says, expression deadpan.
“Dense about what?” Colin says exasperatedly. “It’s just a tattoo. I already have a bunch of them. Besides, I think she’ll find it funny.”
“You wanna tell a joke? Send her a meme. You don’t get a tattoo of her name.” Anthony rolls his eyes and shakes his head, which, to be fair, is what he does at most of the things Colin says anyway.
