Summary
He was packing the few belongings he possessed when Obi-Wan burst into his rooms. The man paused when he saw Anakin bowed over a stuffed bag, disbelief coloring the Force around him.
"Anakin..." His voice was broken, but its edges weren't sharp. They were as soft as the hands that had previously cradled his Padawan's face, as rounded as the wrinkles by his mouth when he had smiled at his young apprentice.
Straightening, Anakin turned to face his former Master. "You've heard, then," he muttered.
OR: Anakin and Obi-Wan's friendship is strained under the pressure of war. Anakin realizes the darkness pressing at him will not go away on its own after an argument between them, and he understands that he must leave the Jedi Order if he doesn't want to fall. Obi-Wan finally stops being emotionally constipated as a result.

Summary
Anakin listens to Padme, and they leave Coruscant to raise their children on Naboo. Everything seems idyllic at first. Padme is finally able to relax, Anakin is no longer plagued by nightmares, and the twins have both of their parents. But in the absence of their beloved Senator and Jedi Knight, the Galaxy suffers. How will Anakin and Padme manage the demands of parenthood with their duties to the Galaxy. This is a reimagined ending of Episode III: Revenge of the Sith.
