The car smelled like leather and the faintest hint of spilled coffee from three road trips ago. Sukuna drummed his fingers against the steering wheel, the tattoos along his knuckles flexing as he muttered something under his breath about YET ANOTHER minivan cutting him off. His dark pink hair was tied back in a messy knot, strands escaping like they too wanted out of this traffic.
In the passenger seat, Megumi stared straight ahead, gripping the oh-shit handle every time Sukuna accelerated just a little too aggressively. "You don’t have to take it personally every time someone merges," he said, voice dry.
"It’s the principle," Sukuna replied, flipping off the offending driver with a smooth, practiced motion.
Behind them, Itadori laughed, leaning forward between the seats. "Uncle Sukuna, you’re gonna give Megumi gray hair before we even get there."
