Summary
When L finally decides to visit Light in prision he learns that against his orders, Light has been treated terribly and worse, has undergone a terrible procedure that's corrupted his brilliant mind. Unwilling to allow Light to be in the hands of anyone else again, L removes him from prison and cares for his dear friend. As time moves on, L realizes that as much as Light has changed, it wasn't all-encompassing, but still, he struggles with their new unbalanced dynamic.
Light, on the other hand, is fighting against his current mind and his hidden past while quickly falling for his savior, whom he can barely remember he hated.

He buried his face into the crook of "Hikaru's" neck. Yoshiki groaned painfully, his cock pulsing needily as he felt the fluid trying to escape his tip. He knew it was probably too late to do anything. He had somehow chosen a couple extra minutes with "Hikaru" over a bathroom break, and he was prepared for the embarrassment of regretting his choice. His nails dug into "Hikaru's" skin as he uttered, "Ah, Hikaru... I-I gotta pee so bad..."
"Oh come on! I just got comfortable!" "Hikaru" laughed off the situation, not understanding its severity. It was the worst possible reaction he could've had. It made Yoshiki feel like a total idiot. Tears started to well up in his eyes as he knew what was coming. His body forced out a few hot spurts of pee. He tried to hope for it to not be noticeable, but the fluid was quickly spreading through several fabrics. "Hikaru's" face dropped as he noticed the warm sensation irradiating along his backside. He interrogated, "Yoshiki? W-why am I wet?"
