Seungmin blinks and freezes.
“You’re…Hyunjin?”
Hyunjin tilts his head. “Yes, I am. Is there an issue?”
“I–um, a little.” Seungmin fumbles. “It’s just that I’m planning to get the tattoo in a pretty intimate place and um, I’m not comfortable with a man doing it. If that makes sense?” Seungmin lets out a sheepish laugh as she avoids eye contact.
Hyunjin stares at her for a moment before he lets out a soft chuckle.
“Of course it makes sense, Seungmin-ssi, and it’s completely understandable.” Hyunjin smiles with amusement twinkling in his eyes. “You can, however, rest assured. I’m not a man.”
Seungmin blinks and freezes for the second time since this interaction started.
“Like…?”
“Like I’m a woman. I can show you my ID if you’d like.” Hyunjin offers and reaches into his—her back pocket.
