Summary
It's no surprise that Yokohama is isolated away from the rest of Japan that no one speaks of, but when word comes around that a certain villain group lingering around Musutafu is plotting world domination the armed detective agency and the port mafia must come to an agreement to prevent it, which is how the poor introverted timid and tense detective kyouka izumi gets sent to a hero school surrounded by determined and overly ambitious heros in trainings that make the poor girl sick from all the overflowing virtue, and the infamous double black is back at it again though rather in the opposing side and directly joining the villains to eventually ambush them and get the job done.
