The only thing opposing their policies and torment are the wealthy and well built gangs that have long since grown into large, large corporations. Of which, Yoongi happens to be an heir of the largest.Welcome to The Underground City.
Thousands of feet below The City is The Underground City, built for the purpose of expansion. It’s used to house all the underdogs, the people who can’t afford to fight the politicians.
While the initial impression of The Underground City is that it’s dull, and dirty, hardly liveable. However, It is the exact opposite. It’s overflowing with culture and life, and one of the most influential people is the fashion icon, j-hope.Both Yoongi and j-hope took up street racing at a young age and became the two most skilled racers in both of The Cities. Along with this title comes the rivalry to become better than the other.
