Hyuntak was one of the coolest people Seongje knew. He was popular, good at sports, had many friends and was one of the most handsome people Seongje had ever seen.
Unfortunately, all his attempts to impress Hyuntak never worked and he always embarrassed himself in front of him. It's also important to mention that Seongje was just the younger brother of Baekjin, one of Hyuntak's best friends. It was never going to work anyway.

Then, Seongje acts without thinking and delivers a quick punch to Hyuntak's chin. The red string shortens by half, and now they are separated by only 30 centimeters.
“Look what you did, asshole!” Hyuntak runs a hand over his chin and stares at the wire. “Do you want to hold hands with me, idiot?”
"Shut—shut the fuck up, Hyuntak. Maybe if we stop fighting the string will go back to the size it was before."
"Yeah? And how do you plan to attend classes and... and... I don't know! Take a shower?! I need a fucking shower!"
"Where's your dorm? We go there to take some of your clothes and then go to my place."
"Have you lost your fucking mind? I'm not going to your place!"
Or: once again alone on his birthday, Seongje receives a visit from a stranger who promises to end his loneliness. He just didn't expect him to do it by shooting an arrow out of him and tying him to Go Hyuntak by the red string of fate.
