While the outside world rebuilt itself around heroes and superpowers, Yokohama vanished behind an impenetrable barrier and sealed its borders shut. Since then, the city had become little more than a rumour.

    Now, outside forces have set their sights on the Quirkless city, and a villain invasion looms imminent.

    But when the barrier finally breaks... the world will understand, too late, that Yokohama was never meant to be trifled with.

    Summary

    When the moon rises, it is said to be the start of night. However, the moon itself isn't as dark as the night, nor is it as bright as day. It is a middle ground with a mysterious glow that seems to reflect on everything it comes into contact with. What will happen when this moon reflects on a new river? A river where the water runs smoothly and gracefully while rocks create temporary obstacles and challenges for the water, sometimes resulting in the water getting splashed out of the river. There’s only one way to possibly find out.

    In other words: Port Mafia members Osamu Dazai and Chuuya Nakahara are assigned on a mission to the hero/villain society of Musutafu. Where different members of the comic book society learn more of the not so comic book reality in Yokohama. Where Chuuya and Dazai face many hardships and ultimately grow closer during this indefinite excursion.

    Dazai had been sent to Gotham and Mori’s orders, though for once, he found himself not entirely displeased with the assignment. Gotham suited him in a way few cities ever could. It was dark, melancholic, endlessly haunted. Beautiful, really. A city forever balancing itself on the edge, yet somehow refusing to die.
    He like that about it.
    What he didn’t like, however, were Gotham’s self-righteous vigilantes trailing after him. Not because they wanted him gone. That’d he would’ve understood. But for reasons entirely beyond his comprehension, they seemed concerned about him.

    Even though Ability Users in general are regarded as no more than “Resourceful Muggles”, the title of “King of Assassins” is well known among certain circles of the magical community, and there are those who fear him even more than they fear the Dark Lord.
    A ghost from the past wanders the halls of Hogwarts once again, the call of blood resonates through time, and the Beast of Despair lurks in the shadows.
