Summary
Shawn Hunter is an absolute mess. His grades aren't great. His relationships never pan out. His home life is a living nightmare. Somewhere along the way, his best friend starts to drift away, leaving him to lean on others. As time passes, he gets closer to Amy, Morgan and, of course, Eric.
Their paths eventually lead to Rhode Island, where the hits just seem to keep coming. In a letter from his mo-from Virna, he finds out that everything he thought he knew was a lie.
Throughout all of this, Shawn has been exploring Veronica Wasboiski (what a stupid last name) more deeply than ever before. In doing so, he learns a lot about himself.
