oh man... if the original arg left me feeling incomplete then this was the finishing touches. i absolutely adore the contrast of personality between d3rlord3 and avery, in their actions, rationality, even their way of speaking. every single scene with any form of contact had me panicking, ESPECIALLY the hand kiss. i really liked d3lord3's allusions to knighthood, being dutiful and devoted to the person he wanted to protect. their little sparring sessions was such a nice way of building the dynamic. avery's switch from jokeful to serious, somehow always knowing what to say, was such a nice way of characterising him. also loved his overreactions when the helmet came off (cuz like... me too.) I really enjoyed this fic, thank you to the author!

the best possible way one can write a fic between these two is to come up with the silliest shenanigan possible and roll with it. that is exactly what this author has done! love when the interests of stan and richie contrast, especially when the author actually highlights this, so of course, by establishing opinions on the seasons, richie takes on the gruelling cold while stanley enjoys the outdoors when flowers are blooming. super cute read!

oh how i adore that fleeting familiarity they feel in each other's presence, no matter the identity or façade they don. marinette taking chat's words to heart resonates with me deeply, especially with adrien (hopefully) putting two and two together... their rooftop discussion, although more serious, was littered with just the kind of humour i'd expect from chat even when he was on the brink of a cataclysmic death. it was nice seeing him grow more mature for the sake of helping with ladybug's low self esteem. love the fics where they don't necessarily identify each other aloud after suspecting or figuring things out. just starting out with this fandom, this was a cute read!

this is the best amortentia-related prompt i've read simply because its use was acknowledged as psychotic rather than romantic. when draco is portrayed as a renowned healer it seems to cure me as well. i cannot imagine the frustration he felt every time harry waltz into his ward, raving on about somebody he didn't know the surname, ethnicity or occupation of. watching him slowly gain more consciousness with each new visit, muttered words becoming a mix of truth and potion-induced nonsense, wanting to say more after the effects of it wore off. finally breaking through the potion on the account of true love seemed to be the only fitting ending. i loved the recurring motif of draco checking harry pulse, with two fingers to the wrist extending to pressing them to his neck. harry's return to normalcy made for such interesting dialogue (i was pulling at my hair every time he stopped himself from spilling.)
draco's inability to believe harry had fully come back to himself after he kissed him was so endearing. after another chaste reminder he was still questioning things. he was off spouting about concerns for harry's health all over again until the bloke shut him up himself. his recital of the code of conduct was yet another perfect decision for his character, though he didn't exactly end up adhering to it. and for my favourite detail: the way draco's usual snarkiness faded as he cared for 'Lovesick Harry Potter', all cautious and patient, entertaining his fabricated fantasies and only making gentle contact when necessary, was just as charming. even with his own sorrows at seeing him fall in love with everybody but himself. this was truly heart-warming!
