As soon as the clock strikes 12:00 AM, he opens his twitter app, instantly going to their official page, checking what the messages are. He smiles endlessly, reading each message dedicated to him, slowly as he wants to savor each message. Lastly, he then reads Lee Know’s message, which simply consists of “meong meong meong meong (Happy Birthday Kim Seungmin)”. It was simple, yet it was enough. Despite it being enough, he then felt a sting from within, perhaps he expected more? They aren’t the type to showcase their affection to each other publicly, simple words, actions, it was rather enough for the both of them. But why does it sting then? Was it because they were away from each other? Or did he do something wrong? He was starting to think about it too much, he decided to shrug it off, “I should be happy, why am I sulking over something so simple”, he then says to himself.

Inspired from the song "Paper Rings" by Taylor Swift
It was a night that Minho was waiting for.
The night was still young when they went to Dekira's station, KBS. Seungmin on the other side is in deep slumber, taking the car ride as an opportunity to rest due to their hectic schedule.
Minho stared at the younger, noticing each detail, the way he was dressed, on how he was leaning towards the window to rest his head, on how his lips looks so plump and how he can't stop thinking about on how soft they may be.

Summary
Sure, he is still staring at Kim Seungmin - but this wasn't the same person he remembers being the day before. He looks a little less...youthful. He's still got a serious case of bed head though, but the reflection is so him yet unlike him all at the same time and this has his mind whirring, thinking of all possible scenarios that could possibly explain what the fuck is going on.
"God, it's too early, what are you so noisy for."
Seungmin swears he feels his heart drop to his stomach the moment he looks down at the other occupant of the bed and was met with none other than-
A half naked-
Seungmin screams.
There's no way he's looking at an aged up Lee Minho right now, in the same room as him, much less lying in the same bed as him.
Seungmin's confuzzled mind half registers the sound of footsteps getting louder and louder before the door to the room opens and-
"Appa? Dada?" There's a little girl, followed by an even smaller boy clutching a teddy bear with his tiny fists standing by the doorway, looking at them with big, worried eyes. "Is ev'thing al'ight? We heard screamin'."
Seungmin screams, again.

Summary
The present is a mix of past experiences, but it's easy to forget when all goes well. The present is forged above the print from the past, and that's why you can never leave your past behind.
There are reminders from your past in your daily life, always there for you to look at them.
It's your choice to do so or to ignore them because they aren't always clear, and that's okay. Let yourself live the present, let yourself trust even if someone failed you before.

Or, Minho can't seem to see how the past has a huge influence on who he is now even if he's fighting against it, but he manages to trust Seungmin, slowly letting him dive into his life. Also, something triggers questions about Seungmin's past in Minho's mind.Series
