It didn't make sense to Alastor, he didn't love Vincent. The young Overlord was simply his, a possession he wouldn't let anyone else touch. He would sooner kill him than love him. Would devour him rather than kiss him.
But it didn't matter what his twisted feelings he held for Vincent were.
In the end, this beautiful disease would end up killing him. Over and over and over. A perfect punishment for the crime of falling of falling in love in the depths of hell.
