Two has been MIA for nearly three weeks, missing multiple challenges, ever since Gaty has gone missing and the world nearly ended. After the first missed competition day, Four and X took over. The contestants aren't happy. That makes Four and X unhappy, too. So Four decides to do something about it. Namely involving the exploitation of his powers to veer Two back on course. Two can't mourn forever.
In order to influence Two's emotions, Four needs to strengthen their connection with Two. The obvious solution is to fuck each other.

“What the fuck are you doing?” Tommy whisper-shouts, waving at Wilbur.
As Wilbur shakes off his clothes and stands up, asking Tommy, “What are you doing in my room, sunshine? It’s bedtime?” Tommy has his answer.
Wilbur is eloquently spoken no matter the circumstance, but give him a whiff of alcohol and he’s swaying like a blow up man at a car dealership.
That, and Wilbur hasn’t called Tommy sunshine in years. He’s being more of an idiot than normal, idiocy to a dangerous degree, Tommy would argue.
